Highly recommended! I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a long time, and the experience has always been excellent. The receptionist is always friendly and welcoming. The clinic is always clean, organized, and comfortable. Dr. Bassam is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the situation and treatment plan clearly. A special thank you to Fatma, who is incredibly kind and always makes sure patients feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the outstanding care from the entire team.

I've had a great experience with this dental office. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office has a comfortable, relaxing ambiance. They are very efficient and respectful of your time. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't bombard patients with constant text messages and reminders. Dr. Vida is fast, skilled, and efficient while still providing excellent care. I also value their honesty, they don't recommend unnecessary treatments or charge you for things you don't need. Overall, it's great to find a dental office that is professional, trustworthy, and focused on providing a positive patient experience, recommended!

I highly recommend Dr. Vida Farokh-Siar! She is not only an amazing dentist, but also such a kind and human person. From the moment you walk in, she gives such a good vibe and calming energy — which is so important because honestly, who really likes going to the dentist? Especially someone sensitive like me. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout the whole visit. She did a wonderful job and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Nareman Alenezi is absolutely amazing! ❤️ I had fillings, a cleaning, and cavities treated, and I’ve never felt so comfortable with a dentist in my life. She is incredibly gentle, caring, and professional, making the entire experience stress-free. Her attention to detail and kindness are truly exceptional. I’m truly happy and proud to have found an amazing dentist like Dr. Bassam! For years, I used to travel all the way back to my home country just to get my dental work done because I never felt completely comfortable with any dentist here. But Dr. Bassam has completely changed that for me! For the first time, I actually feel relaxed and comfortable sitting in a dental chair. Very professional I recommend to anyone

We had a horrific experience with Dr. Vida and had to cancel our treatment plan with her before completing our daughter's orthodontics. We made it through about 6 months of our 2 year plan. I have waited a few months before writing this review, because I wanted time to calm down and to write this with a clear head. Primary Concerns: 1) They do not allow parents in the room during appointments. They will only work on your underage children behind closed doors. This is a HUGE red flag. I have since been to about 15 different clinics in the area and this is the only clinic that has this policy that I encountered. All other clinics request that you be in the room with the child and are clearly uncomfortable with me stepping out. Dr. Vida refused to allow me to be in the room, even when I asked to be. 2) My child sobbed inconsolably for hours after every appointment and begged me not to tak

Very unprofessional . Not recommended at all. Today was my appointment at 4 and i entered at location at 4. Lady at reception gave me tablet to enter information but tablet freeze and hangs every time , also before entering my own information I was able to see previous clients information , which seriously is breach of privacy policy. It was 4.30 and my wife entered information and lady at reception told there is nothing. I asked at reception that it's 4:30 and when we are going to see dentist , who actually was treating another client and lady at reception lied that there is emergency (actually there is no emergency in dental except pain who anyone can manage). I am surprised with such kind of unprofessional service with such kind of good reviews. Really surprised . Hope to find good one and all the best for clients who want to see them who have extra free time in their life . I could h
