Very disappointing experience. Avoid getting consultation session from them. Before my consultation, I was told my case (where I had already completed my IAD appeal myself) would cost around CAD $2,500 for hearing representation. During the consultation, the fee structure changed dramatically, and I was later presented with a much higher quote to between $10 k to $12,500!! My file had not even been reviewed before the consultation, so the advice was not based on my actual evidence. The consultation was also frequently interrupted while notes were being written, and stopping me from providing more comments while she was just taking notes!! making it feel inefficient. All my communications with her, was responded using AI transcripts. After I respectfully raised my concerns, my refund request was denied despite the initial offer to refund it if the fee structure had not been properly ex

I had a very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, my questions were not answered clearly, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. The overall service did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling frustrated. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

I booked a phone consultation and paid the same rate as the in-office consultation, since it was rather a long commute to where I work. I found the lawyer unwilling to listen to my question and unable to understand the issue. She behaved very unprofessional and more like she is offering a free consultation. She insisted to describe a situation that was not even relevant to my condition which was not helpful at all. I can not speak to the quality of their in-office service. My experience with them was totally negative and I will not consider them for any sort of service in the future. PS1: I simply called the office, described that I am a new client and asked for the appointment. I did not insist to book an appointment in any special manner against the office policy and 15 mins was provided to me as an option. PS2: When the lawyer/ staff discovered that the appointment is booked uncomfor
