Absolutely outstanding immigration lawyers! I honestly cannot recommend Nava Elmi Immigration Law Firm enough. My Canadian study permit journey was far from straightforward. After the initial decision on my application, I was understandably disappointed and unsure of what would happen next. Thankfully, I had this team in my corner. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me. They carefully reviewed my situation, advised me on the reconsideration process, prepared the necessary submissions, and kept me informed throughout. What impressed me the most was the outcome. My reconsideration request was approved in record time, and I could hardly believe how quickly everything turned around. After all the stress and uncertainty surrounding my application, receiving that positive result was an incredible feeling. I am espe

We can honestly say that Nava Elmi changed our lives. When others doubted our case, she believed in us. She confidently guided us through the C-11 Business Investor work permit process, and even after an initial refusal, she took action, contacted the officer, and turned it into an approval. Because of her expertise, we came to Canada, opened our restaurant, were nominated through BC PNP within six months, and successfully obtained Permanent Residence through the Non-Express Entry stream. All this within 2 years. Professional, strategic, responsive, and truly dedicated — she fights for her clients and delivers real results. We are forever grateful. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Nava Elmi Immigration Services. Thanks to Nava and Natasa, I have now achieved my third study permit success in Canada. Nava ELMI immigration lawyer est une merveille et bonne personne par son excellent travail. Un grand merci à vous. Nava c’est l’excellence et la qualité en immigration canadienne. Good job

Nava is excellent, and I'd recommend her to anyone who needs help with PR. She's a careful, detail-oriented reviewer. She went through my documents so thoroughly, and that's what I liked most and what made me trust her. She's also very responsive, kind and sweet, and she supported me through the whole process. She went through the temporary resident to PR journey herself, and she's since done it successfully for so many others. If you want someone who truly understands the process and has done it again and again with great success, you can trust Nava. Thank you so much, Nava! 💛

My family and I have been working with Nava for more than three years, and we are truly grateful for her continued support and guidance. Nava successfully assisted with work permits for both my husband and me, a study permit for our son, and our permit extensions. She also guided us through an IRCC inspection related to an LMIA matter, which went smoothly. Even when we first arrived in Canada, she supported us by phone during the immigration process at the airport, which gave us great peace of mind at a stressful moment. Nava is extremely knowledgeable, caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated. She handles every matter with confidence and professionalism, and when she is taking care of your case, you genuinely feel reassured because you know you are in capable hands. After more than three years, we still rely on and truly appreciate her guidance. I highly recommend Nava Elmi and her team

Update – October 2026 I originally wrote my review about Nava and her team around three years ago, and after several more years of working with her, I wanted to update it in English. My appreciation for Nava has only grown over time. She has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. She always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and provide thoughtful and practical advice, even during stressful and uncertain periods. Immigration can be a long and challenging journey, and having someone you can truly trust and rely on makes a tremendous difference. Nava’s continued support and guidance have meant a great deal to me and my family. I genuinely feel fortunate to have Nava by my side throughout this journey. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help go beyond what I would normally expect from a lawyer. I highly recommend Na
