She simply asked for a piece of bread that wasn’t burnt a completely reasonable request. Instead of responding politely, a staff member grabbed the bread out of her hand and told her, “This is it. You’re not even our regular customer.” The way they spoke to her was rude, humiliating, and incredibly disrespectful. Since when does someone have to be a “regular customer” to deserve basic kindness and decency? No customer, especially a senior, should ever be treated this way. You should be ashamed of the way you treated her.

Very disappointing!!! The quality of the bread has declined significantly. It seems that instead of raising prices, they have chosen to cut quality!!! and it definitely shows. The bread is no longer as good as it used to be. I also observed staff handling bread without gloves!!! 😱, which is very concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. The overall cleanliness and professionalism do not meet the standards I would expect from a bakery. This place used to be much better, but unfortunately the quality has dropped to the point where I can no longer recommend it.

Do not buy there!!! They rip you off! I bought taftoon bread and the guy told me it was fresh, got home and is is actually breaking apart!! He is not baking there way all. 6 dollars for old bread! I will tell all my Iranian friends not to buy there.

My family loves the bread 🍞 I have been going for one month I will only buy their bread fresh all the time don't have to wait very friendly owner always with a smile on his face and now they've opened up a new place right next door was produce and all new products highly recommend going there

Just went in to purchase fresh bread and the owner was extremely rude. He was sitting in a chair yelling at some guy and counting money then he stands up grabs the bread (not in a bag) and without gloves and says “give me money” I paid and walked out not taking the bread. Learn some manners and some hygiene!

Unfortunately, the staff at this store were very unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. I had to visit a couple of times out of necessity, but each experience was unpleasant. Even though this is the closest store to my home, I prefer to go to a farther location where customers are treated with respect.

We got Sangak and Haleem, sangak was the best I got around, Haleem was tasty with enough meat, I liked that. Sangak was little more pricey than the average market price, but definitely worth it.
