We had a terrible experience with Ben. We relied on him to show us a safe and reliable property for our young family to rent. He showed us his personal investment property at 59 Thurston Road which was presented as “fully renovated” and turn key. It wasn’t obvious during the showing, but the closet ceilings were only partway finished/closed, and there was an extensive moth infestation in the house as a result. We had to pack all of our belongings and move out twice to have the property chemically treated, and we had to launder and dry clean all of our clothes.
