My accountant, Matin, is exceptional – truly top-notch and deserving of high praise. However, I cannot say the same for his reception staff, who are, without exaggeration, the worst I've ever encountered. Their communication skills are severely lacking. They are consistently rude, and I've personally witnessed the receptionist Soghand and mahsa, laughing at clients who were trying to voice concerns or ask straightforward questions. They would refuse to transfer me over to someone else and would not give their names and even at the end they would either whisper or mumble it. Sogand and mahsas level of disrespect is shocking. I had a very bad experience with Matin Accounting Inc. They submitted incorrect information for my tax return and were not helpful when I asked them to fix the issue. I would not recommend their services.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because of the receptionist’s attitude. She was unprofessional, unfriendly, and not helpful when I had questions. Good customer service starts with the first interaction, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.
