I came to MedCare Physiotherapy Centre after a workplace (WSIB) wrist injury, and I'm very happy with the care I received. From the beginning, the team guided me through the WSIB process and made everything much less stressful. Over the course of my treatment, my wrist pain and function improved significantly. My physiotherapist provided a personalized exercise program that was easy to follow and really helped my recovery. They always took the time to explain my progress and adjust my treatment as needed. The staff are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend MedCare Physiotherapy Centre to anyone recovering from a workplace injury or needing help with a WSIB claim.

After my workplace injury, I suffered fractured ribs and significant back pain that made even simple daily activities very difficult. The pain affected my sleep and mobility as well as the ability to return to normal work duties. The team at Medcare Physiotherapy centre provided excellent WSIB rehabilitation and support throughout my recovery. The carefully assessed my condition, explained the treatment plan, and guided me through each stage of healing. The Physiotherapists were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about my progress. Thanks to their treatment, exercise program, and ongoing encouragement, my pain gradually got better, my movement returned, and I was able to regain confidence on my daily activities.

I am pleased to announce that I am extremely happy with Medcare physiotherapy center, l gained back my strength and performance on my left hand that had a tribal nerve damage. Dr Nikoo put real effort to help me on that issue, he also helped me with the left knee to be able to function on the normal level, he is really genuine on his work.

I’ve had such a great experience at this clinic. Everyone is very kind, professional, and caring. My physiotherapist is amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to listen and help. A special mention to the two ladies at reception — they are both wonderful! Always friendly, polite, organized, and very helpful. They respond quickly and always make sure everything is taken care of on time. I’ve honestly never had such a positive experience with a clinic before. I highly recommend them!

I've been a regular patient with Dr. Nik. He is very kind and generous and makes people comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His expertese amazed me. He instructed me to do an exercise for my back pain. While I was performing he asked if my ham string is ok. I told him no, I've had cramp recently. I didn't even tell him about it and he realized just by observing my movements. The staff is very professional and polite. I definitely recommend medcare physiotherapy.

Staff are all very professional and friendly. I injured my knees and have been doing physio with them. I’ve been given exercises to do and healing sessions every week and they are now slowly healing. Price is pretty affordable too.

I had a second appointment booked, but due to a sudden health issue, I couldn’t make it. I wasn’t in a state to call or cancel at the time — I genuinely wasn’t well. When I recovered and tried to reach out, they completely ignored me. No one picked up my calls. Then my friend called on my behalf, and they straight-up lied, saying they had already spoken to me. They absolutely hadn’t. This level of dishonesty and lack of basic human empathy is shocking — especially from a healthcare provider. Life happens, emergencies happen. The least they could’ve done was answer the phone. I won’t ever go back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who expects even basic decency.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Medcare Physiotherapy Center. The physiotherapist was unprofessional and seemed overwhelmed, trying to handle 3-4 patients simultaneously. During my visit, I noticed one customer leaving in frustration due to the lack of attention. I myself did not receive a proper consultation, and it was clear that the physiotherapist didn’t have enough time or expertise to address my concerns. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, which left me questioning the quality of care at this facility. It’s unacceptable for a center to have only one physiotherapist on duty if they cannot manage multiple patients effectively. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

I was disappointed with my experience at this physiotherapy centre. I was charged for a one-hour session, but the actual treatment lasted only about 30 minutes. I was told that because I arrived late, the remaining time would still count as part of my appointment. However, this policy was not communicated to me in advance. Unfortunately, I also did not find the massage particularly effective or satisfactory. Overall, I did not feel that I received good value for the amount I paid. I believe their late-arrival policy should be clearly explained to customers beforehand, especially when they are being charged for the full session.

The service is ok, but the administration is slightly unorganized. Additionally, the physiotherapist appears to be managing multiple patients at once, which results in frequent interruptions and leaving the room several times.

I am so happy I went to Med Care, as I received excellent treatment and service.
