I went in to buy a faucet (a replacement faucet) and the woman in the store was very unwelcoming and disrespectful. She refused to demonstrate the attachment process to me and my friend because she doubted our skills and proceeded to ask us if we have men at our house to do it for us instead because we “won’t remember the steps”. This is not the way customers should be treated, and I do not appreciate the attitude of this employee. In the future, I hope that the staff is trained to treat their customers with respect and avoid sexist remarks towards women. If I didn’t already have the K8 machine I would have walked out immediately and she would have cost the store a customer.

First time coming to this place to buy replacement filter for my kangen machine. Sam is very nice and takes care of me very well. He mentioned to me options on how to maintain my existing machine, offering deep cleaning of the machine itself. There is also an option to trade in my discontinued model of my kangen machine. Instalment plan is available. I might consider doing that in the future. The location is very good just near the 401. Parking available at the back. They have promotional discount now for filter so i bought two. I was also given a small gift which my daughter likes. Thank you Sam and Sophie!

I came in today and there was a smoothie spilled all over the table and no one cleaned it. The lady that helped me was very rude. Be better. Update: my review is not fake. I was a customer today and your employee was very rude. I would not waste my time writing this if it wasn’t true. Your response to my review is extremely inappropriate and disrespectful for a business. Just because you’re mad that a customer had a bad experience does not mean you can accuse this review of being fake. Maybe be kind to your customers instead of getting mad at reviews.

Very bad and wrong information on the website. Supposed promotion as per picture. No single indication apply for online only. I wasted my time and walking to the shop. They maintain I need to pay $21 for the shipping. What kind of business model is that. Mixing product price with shipping. This is a very disloyal customer customer interaction. Wish Kengen company, Japanese stand up to their values and take action to their geography representative.

The Chinese guy is very rude

Came here to get my Kangen machine deep cleaned! As well as, they were also able to service my machine as it was not turning on at the time! Took about a week to get it back & We are super happy to have found this place as everything was simple and easygoing, Sam was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend this place for any kangen water needs! Will definitely be coming back as regulars. Thank you so much!
