One of the best Persian grocery stores in the GTA! Great selection, always clean, well stocked, and organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which says a lot about the management. Absolutely amazing experience at Paaeez Supermarket. The store is extremely clean, well organized, and the staff are very friendly and respectful. The Persian food we had here was outstanding — fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Honestly, I could not find a single issue with this place. One of the best Persian supermarkets and food spots I’ve visited. They have everything you need, the place is very spacious, and the quality is excellent all around. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great Persian groceries and food.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered take out from Uber Eats. The family package states kebobs, stew and salad. I ordered this and an additional stew, so 2 stews in total. When it arrived, there was only 1 stew and of course I paid for 2. This is the second time it has happened so it’s clear there is a scam going on. When I called to inform them this for the second time, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and defensive. Instead of apologizing, taking accountability or even rectifying the situation, she actually told me it was my problem. Then she told me it’s Ubers fault for not updating their item on the menu to not include a stew and I should tell them to do so…. Pretty sure that would be your job but okay. Not only that but when I have been in the store for grocery’s, I’ve noticed there’s a lot of expired items on the shelves. I actually found a live bug in one of the pist

Hello, I visited your restaurant on Friday September 18, and ordered chelo kebab The quality of your food is excellent, and everything is great However compared to other restaurants where I have ordered chelo kebab the portion of rice you serve is quite small On my previous visits, the rice portion was fine but today the lady who prepared my order gave me noticeably less rice than usual. As you can see in the attached photo almost half of the container is empty and the rice portion is much smaller than expected I really enjoy your food, and I hope you can look into this issue and make sure the rice portions are consistent with previous orders Thank you!

** Stay away from the bulk items, the least ** Disappointing, but not surprised unfortunately. After my last Summer experience, in order to not be super negative and give the horrible manager the benefit of the doubt, I didn't post my experience here but came and deleted my 5-star review; though couldn't make myself to want to shop here ever again. But today, as the only option on my way through Yonge St. traffic, tight schedule and a promise to a friend, I justified it by one quick shopping fir packed items only, and never ever setting foot on the premises, how bad it could be?! But that's where I was VERY wrong... Last year, I found worm and moth in their Pistachios that I brought to my Senior Leadership team at work. Their prices are so high compared to other stores , I just don’t understand that they sale the same products like other Iranian stores but they over charged the clients. That was the first and last time I’ll ever set foot in that supermarket I bought small box of marinated chicken, was 30$

I recently purchased a product from this store and later noticed that it was expired (expiry date was 2020). Selling expired food is very concerning and unacceptable. Customers trust stores to check their inventory and ensure products are safe to consume.

My girlfriend and I went to this place, she's Persian and we wanted some Persian food and snacks. It wasn't bad until we talked to the food court girl. She had zero customer service, wasn't attentive, and was rude to my girlfriend multiple times. Some stuff was missing from our order, and we even paid for expired chips! We brought them back, and they just tossed them without offering a refund. We tried to talk to the manager, but he clearly wasn't interested in hearing us out. We drove 30 minutes because of all the good reviews, but don't be fooled, they offer you candies for good reviews.
