The team was very welcoming, and Ms. Saba made sure everything was perfectly arranged for our session. She provided helpful guidance and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The environment was warm, calm, and relaxing, which made a big difference, especially for family photos. We truly enjoyed the experience and felt at ease the entire time. They also have very good equipment and professional facilities, which clearly shows in the quality of their work. Mr. Amini is extremely professional, respectful, and kind. Unfortunately, my photo was damaged, but he kindly reprinted it for me at no extra cost. I truly appreciate his honesty, generosity, and excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about their customers. Highly recommended!

I’m honestly really disappointed with the quality. The prints came out very low quality, especially for the price. On top of that, the cutting was messy and uneven, and none of the photos fit properly into standard frames. I had to recut everything myself, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a printing service. Definitely not what I expected.

I recently called Royal Dream Photography to inquire about using some unused passport photos I had previously taken there. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite my polite and calm approach, the person on the phone didn’t listen to my concerns. Instead of addressing my question, he abruptly told me to come to the studio and refused to continue the conversation. For a business that prides itself on professionalism, this interaction was disappointing. A more appropriate response would have been to inform me that they were currently with clients and to offer to call me back at a more convenient time. Such a simple gesture would have demonstrated respect and consideration for their customers. Regrettably, I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a place where customer respect and professional communication are prioritized.

Super expensive with bad quality. Definitely not recommend it. We had our photos taken on Saturday May 25 ,2019. I talked to the photographer before hand he said he will charge us 20$ for 4 passport photo of 3 months old baby however he charged us 25$... the person who recommended this photographer told us he will give us one photo of three of us as family for free which is his promotion however he charged us 20$ and he gave us one extra without asking 🤔 We ended up paying 146$ for my daughter and my husband passport photo and three other photos which we asked for 2 and we thought one of them is free! He also didn’t give us an electronic copy of photos which he said he will... Very disappointed and Definitely not recommend it !!!!

Why you need to steer clear of this place: 1. He said the photos would be ready in 2 weeks, and when my wife went down there, the manager said, "I meant two business weeks!" How lame. You should have just said that you had forgotten. 2. When they were eventually ready, he had, by mistake, printed the same photo twice. When asked if we could keep the reprinted photo, he said he would charge $20 for that (he eventually charged $5 and didn't give it away for free; somehow he waned to discard it). Such a cheap person. 3. The quality is nothing superior that a photo taken by an iphone and printed at home with a color printer. Bland colors, low resolution, and unnaturally retouched and airbrushed. The only reason I got them was I didn't want my son's photos to be discarded. BTW, please don't write feedback saying I am a fake customer. I recieved the photos on Sun, Feb 16 at around 3 pm.

Don't waste you time and money, very rude person is the owner. Not only he doesn't know any things about customer service also he doesn't know anything about communications. Terrible treatment with customer. Of course if he was profesional in photography there wasn't any complaints
