Absolutely fantastic service delivered by Navid and his team. The quality of their work is second to none. We hired them to clean my 92 year old mother’s house to prepare it for sale as she had moved into an assisted living home. Thanks to their attention to detail we feel confident that we can now sell her home quickly. We were so impressed with the Arvand Group that we also hired them to power wash and prepare the interlocking stone patio and fence in our new house. It looks like new now ! First class operation with an extremely friendly manager/owner.

I recently used Arvand Cleaning at North York and had a very good experience overall. Booking the appointment was simple and the whole process was straightforward. The cleaner, Farahnaz, was very detailed and hardworking. While cleaning one of our bathrooms, she noticed there might be some mold starting and pointed it out to us right away. She also gave us a few suggestions on how to keep moisture down and avoid it getting worse, which I appreciated because it showed she actually cares about the condition of the space. It also seems like the team is well organized. The manager, Navid, oversees the work and makes sure everything is running p
