I called him at 12:00 PM to change my locks, and he immediately went to the store, sent me a few lock options to choose from, and kept me informed throughout the process. By 1:30 PM, he was at my property starting the job, and by 2:00 PM everything was completed perfectly. His service was fast, efficient, and professional. Communication was clear, straightforward, and responsive from start to finish. If you’re looking for a reliable locksmith who provides quick service and quality workmanship, I highly recommend Reza and Faster Locksmith. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Works fast but shady with charges. Hanging up on the phone without confirming quote and then proceeded to work and providing the service charge on a phone calculator instead of an invoice. Most expensive locksmith I've worked with!

I booked a service call yesterday and was given an appointment window for today between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Unfortunately, no one showed up. After the appointment window had passed, I called to find out what was happening, but my call went to voicemail. Shortly afterward, I received a call informing me that the technician was unable to make the appointment and was offered another appointment instead. While I can't comment on the quality of their locksmith work because the service was never performed, I can say that their reliability and communication were very disappointing. If you schedule an appointment, you expect the company to either show up or let you know in advance if there is a problem—not after the appointment window has already passed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service.

They don’t say price and come and charge for over 500 cad! Someone called me and won’t like to compensate for a bad review with portion refund but never did.

Scam alert. Faster Locksmith completely took advantage of us during an emergency. We were locked out of our home and instead of providing honest service, they grossly overcharged us — demanding an outrageous fee before even starting the work. Then, they intentionally damaged the lock, claiming it couldn’t be fixed, just so they could push us into buying and installing a new lock at an even higher cost. It was clear this was a predatory scam, taking advantage of people in a desperate situation. No transparency, no integrity, just pure exploitation. Stay far away from this company.
