This violates Google’s policy and stands as proof of their lack of professionalism.] I had a consultation with Rahimian, who claimed to be the CEO. I’m glad it was free because it was a complete waste of time. When I asked him what type of coverage I would need for my situation, he responded that he was surprised someone my age could have such a condition. What kind of response is that to someone inquiring about medical insurance? Just quote the applicable plan without adding personal comments. I had spoken with other insurance companies just prior, and nothing like this occurred. INSUFIN showed judgment and a complete lack of professionalism toward an inquiring client. I do not recommend this firm.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your brokerage firm. It is crucial for individuals to exercise caution when engaging in business with your company. It appears that there was a misleading communication regarding the dental policy. Despite purchasing a policy worth $1000, I received only $74 when I had a dental emergency. Instead of providing a clear explanation of the policy, a significant amount of time was spent discussing unnecessary details. This situation has left me feeling deeply disappointed.

Upon arrival of my relatives I had to purchase health Insurance for the period of their stay and I talked to Moe (Mohammad Rahimian), I had already told Mr. Rahimian that my relatives might leave Canada earlier than when was expected and Mr.Rahimian told they can pay us pack our money for the days that our passengers left earlier. But unfortunately when I asked rahimian to terminate our policy right after my passengers had arrived back home, he reluctantly told that the insurance might or might not pay us back. Finally after several times of follow up with Rahimian after one month they paid just a fraction of the money that they owed us, so this is my last deal with Mr.Rahimian and especially with Insuffin Insurance.
