I had my car in for an oil change appointment at Richmond Hill Hyundai and was helped by Iman. I later found out he was covering extra shifts that day, but you’d never have known it from the level of care he gave my service. He made sure everything was done properly, walked me through the documents, and even though he could have left earlier, he stayed to make sure my car was fully taken care of before I left. Iman was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Ask for him if you’re bringing your car in.

They changed my engine oil yesterday now middle of the know where my engine oil all leaking from under the car. I don’t know who is the technician to cause that but they don’t know how to change the oil or tighten the screw. I am hoping this not cause engine damage. I AM SO MAD!

Very disappointed with my experience. Roger was the salesperson I dealt with. In my personal experience, I felt this dealership was extremely dishonest and I would not recommend buying a car here. The car had scratches that were not properly addressed. I was promised a new safety certificate, but I was given an older certificate instead. An extended warranty was also added even though I did not ask for or agree to it, and the GAP insurance was extremely expensive. Honestly, after this experience, I feel like I dealt with a bunch of scammers. Buyers should be extremely careful, inspect the vehicle properly, verify the safety certificate, and check every single warranty and charge before signing anything.

Honestly, one of the most disappointing customer experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning of my lease, I felt that I was not being treated honestly or transparently. After I had already signed the contract, I was suddenly told that there was an additional $1,500 charge that they had “forgotten” to mention. I was then offered 4 free oil changes as if that somehow made up for the situation. But the problems didn’t stop there. Every time I came in for an oil change, I was told that I needed additional services and that they were part of a “package.” I was charged around $240 one time, $144 another time, and $…. on another visit. So much for “free” oil changes. At this point, it honestly feels like the entire process is designed to get customers through the door and then find another way to charge them. Total lack of integrity. Read this before leaving a deposit! Shady, deceitful practices. Holding my deposit hostage and ghosting me. Please be aware of the shady practices at this place. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I put down a deposit on a $2000 over 8 months ago, and after endless delays and excuses, they have now completely ghosted me. I have called and emailed numerous times, and nothing has happened. They once told me they can give me “credit” for another car which I refused. I just want what was promised to me back! Prior to signing the agreement, I explicitly stopped the sales rep and asked him again (twice) whether the deposit was fully refundable, as I hadn’t gotten my financing rate yet and made it clear I might not continue if the rate wasn’t ideal. He looked me in the eye and insisted that it would be fine and that they would refund it to me if that was the ca

I went to dealership to check Rav4 listed in their used cars inventory. I went for the test drive and engine light came. There was no transparency disclosure of the facts in the advertisement as well as nothing mentioned by Ali the sales rep. We wasted our 3 hours of time unnecessarily. Very poor customer experience and would recommend people to aware of these liers. We don't expect such business practices from a reputed dealership.
