a year agoDoctor Walajahi an excellent physician. Since switching to her, I’ve been able to see my doctor whenever I’m unwell. She’s a great listener and takes the time to understand my concerns before making any clinical decisions. The customer service at both the pharmacy and medical office is outstanding. The pharmacy staff are polite and courteous, and the medical office team is very responsive. One of the best features is their email communication—rather than waiting on hold for a long time, I can simply send an email and get a timely response.

a year agoDr. Walajahi is definitely the best doctor Ive ever had. From the first appointment, I could tell she genuinely cares, not just about my symptoms, but about me as a person. She remembers the little details, takes the time to listen, and makes me feel like I’m her only patient. Unlike most doctors who rush through appointments or put a bandaid on the problem, Dr. Walajahi actually takes the time to get to the root cause of your health concern. I never feel rushed, unheard, or dismissed in her care. I didn’t know doctors like her still existed. I feel so lucky to have found her!

Edited 6 months agoYou cant go wrong with Pharmalinx. Shan and his dedicated team, including doctors, nurse practioners and the staff 5 stars all the way. Be it prompt response, delivery of meds, courtesy of staff or excellent doctors, Pharmalinx has it all. My family has been with them for 6 years and my parents have been with them for I don't even know how long.....waaaaay longer than me. :)

a year agoThe pharmacy is amazing. I have complex medical issues and they are very, very patient with all my concerns. I ask a lot of questions, I get confused about how to take my medications and they help me all the time. They know me by name. As an added bonus, they can deliver my medications to my house which helps me as I have two young children. A lot of people do not know they are also opened on Saturdays.

2 years agoI have been visiting this Bathurst clinic for seven years, but since last three years or so the service has really gone down. Doctors and the pharmacy service is excellent. But to get to the see the doctors and the pharmacy you have to go thru the counter which is controlled by few receptionist who are very un professional and rude. Whenever I ring to see my doctor, they say he is un available or gone on holiday. Or if I do get an appointment it will be two three weeks away, these receptionist do not understand the urgency. If you insist they will tell you to go to a walk in clinic

Edited a year agoThe so-called manager is far less than helpful and seems limited in communication skills. Prescription refills are not done with any expediency. FAX issues with Shoppers. Amateurs from my perspective. In spite of the reply by the acting manager, nothing was resolved. I got dumped as a patient, and still can't get presecription refills.

4 years agoI became a client of the pharmacy many years ago when it first opened up and was run by 2 males a 1 female. I was initially very happy to be a client. As the years have passed, pharmacy assistants have joined the team and they never understand any question or concern I have. I am at the point where I immediately ask to speak to a pharmacist because there is no point wasting my time asking the assistant. Most recently, several other pharmacists have joined the team and the whole operation has become a disaster. Their system never works inputting my medication or insurance and there is 0 communication amongst the team. They seem to always be confused about my refills, promise to deliver me my time sensitive medication and then decide they don't want to due to a 10$ charge that I always pay next time when I come in person. I feel my health is at risk staying at this pharmacy and I finall

5 years agoWorst customer service experience at this clinic. They never get back to your voice mails and the phone always goes on voice mail. Even after calling a gazillion times. It take about 2-3 weeks just to get someone to get on the line to get an appointment a week after. They do not even respond to pharmacies when they contact them for refills. Walmart pharmacy called me 3 times saying the clinic is not responding.. Even though Dr. Meghji is an amazing doc and the the staff are great to talk to if you can get them on the line after weeks, its a pain to contact them and I would strongly recommend changing and improving on the customer service of this place.

3 years agoThe medical centre does not appear to be in business now. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 10:00 yesterday. The lights were off and no staff were in the medical centre. The pharmacy staff didn't know where they were but had expected them. I've not been able to reach anyone by phone today and the doctor I had an appointment with no longer has voice mail. The phone message said they were serving other patients, but actually there wasn't anyone there at all. If any of the medical centre staff see this, it wouldn't hurt to be in touch with your scheduled patients. Thanks.

8 years agoWas there recently two times during working hours looking for a walk-in clinic doctor and in both cases there was no doctor. The clinic and pharmacy although look clean and tidy were both empty of patients and customers both times. It was frustrating to realize that there is no doctor on duty. I was surprised to hear that the doctor on weekdays works until 3pm, I came on Tuesday and Wednesday and when I replied that your website indicated the clinic is open until 7pm the lady said it is incorrect and they need to change that. The information was misleading, I did not get the service I was looking for, and I gave it a chance few times therefore due to this poor experience I would not go back there.

2 years agoI have no idea about medical centre, we don't use it, but the pharmacy is simply exceptional. Last year, we switched all our prescriptions from Shoppers Drug Mart across the street to Pharmalinx and the only thing I regret is that we didn't do it sooner. At Shoppers, every time I needed to pick up the prescription, I had to wait for up to half an hour, here, I have never waited for more than 5 min. I find pharmacy staff at Pharmalinx very friendly, cordial, and helpful. My only complaint here is that yo have to plan your refills in advance, if you order something in the morning, it is only going to be ready after 3:30 on the next day. It's not a big deal for us but something to keep in mind.
