Very disappointing. We were charged $175 for a very small amount of food, and it was absolutely not worth the price. The prices are unnecessarily expensive for what you get. They simply cut three sandwiches into four pieces and served them as if it justified the cost. Definitely overpriced.

Avoid at all costs. Almost $20 for corn is ridiculous, and it took nearly an hour just to make a sandwich. When it finally arrived, there was barely any meat in it. The sandwich also looked nothing like the photo advertised. The portion, presentation, and overall quality were extremely disappointing for the price. Definitely not worth the money or the wait.

This place is a classic spot for fast food with a Persian twist. 🌯 Personally, I enjoy their sandwiches more than their pizzas. Both of the sandwiches we ordered, the Bandari and the cheese sausage, were tasty, and although they are quite large, they were wrapped very well. The prices are fair considering the portion sizes, often enough to share between two people. The lamb sandwich is the best item on the menu. This location has limited seating for dine-in.

The warm roast beef sandwich I had doesn’t look good - but it TASTED GOOD!! It’s drenched in sauce so I recommend eating in the restaurant, don’t take it to go like what I did. I shall return.

Very disappointing experience with Haida Sandwich, especially with their order preparation time and customer service. I ordered two sandwiches through Uber Eats for delivery, and the app initially showed an estimated delivery time of about 30 minutes. However, the time kept getting extended every few minutes, and my order finally arrived about an hour and a half later. When I spoke with the Uber driver, he told me that he had been waiting at the restaurant for nearly an hour for my order to be prepared. On another occasion, I placed an order through Uber Eats for pickup. I arrived at the pickup time shown in the app, only to be told that I needed to wait another 35 minutes. I got a lamp Haida sandwich but unfortunately for the price the ham quality wasn’t good and the sandwich had only a small amount of sauce. As far as I know, traditional Haida sandwiches are famous for their generous sauce so I wasn’t pleased! The Bandari however was good! A special thanks to Mahnaz Joon for taking my order. She was super nice and helpful! 😊

I bought an ice pack for 17$ which is basically a milkshake with chunks of banana in it. it didn’t have any chunks and when I asked them they told me that they just blend it and that’s the way they make it and I should be satisfied with what I get. Also the portion was very disappointing and even rude and when I asked why is it so small for 17 dollars, they just told me it’s the way the manager told them to make. Not even close to Iran branch. Waste of money

Since this has happened several times, I feel I have no choice but to leave a review. The packaging is terrible, and they clearly don’t know how to properly wrap a sandwich. They either use way too much sauce, making it spill out the other side with every bite, or add huge chunks of tomato and way too many pickles. The sandwich is extremely messy and difficult to eat, and the overall quality needs serious improvement.

Had an amazing experience at Haida! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. You can really tell they care about their customers. Honestly, one of the best sandwich experiences I’ve had! I ordered the roast beef sandwich and the Haida Special, and both were sooo delicious. They were served hot, generously filled, and made with really good-quality ingredients. It was also such a nostalgic experience for me—it brought back a lot of great memories. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a delicious, satisfying sandwich!

This location may be small, but since the new management took over, it has truly become an exceptional place. I can confidently say that Haida is one of the cleanest and highest-quality sandwich shops in Toronto. The food quality has always been great, but customer service is what really makes the difference—and with the new manager, the atmosphere has completely transformed. Yesterday, after some time, a colleague and I visited again. My colleague wanted to surprise me with a late birthday treat, and the new manager, Maryam, went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and attentive, especially considering my colleague is pregnant, and she made the whole experience feel warm and special. It honestly turned into a very memorable moment for us. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment.

Haida Royal tasted good! but honestly it looked nothing like the advertised photo. I ordered through Uber Eats, and Uber wasn’t helpful either. I noticed other reviews here mention the same issue, so just a heads up: don’t order expecting it to look like the picture. Check the photos and decide for yourself. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering this again.
