I happened to be in the area and was looking for something to eat. I walked into this restaurant by chance because I was hungry, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by Nazi. She was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and made me feel comfortable right away. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked for her recommendation. She took the time to explain the menu and helped me choose the Kabab Bowl and the Koobideh Kabab Plate. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It was honestly one of the best Persian meals I’ve ever had. The quality of the meat, the rice, and the seasoning were all outstanding. They also served us complimentary lentil soup before the meal and even treated us to a free Coca-Cola, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We ordered the kebab bowl, and it was absolutely delicious! The kebab was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything in the bowl tasted fresh. A special thank you to Nazanin, who was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We had a great meal and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Sometimes the best food is found in small local restaurants rather than fancy fine dining. My friend and I came here several times in one week because we loved it so much. The service was consistently warm and friendly, and the food was always fresh and delicious. If you’re looking for a healthy, satisfying meal, I highly recommend this place. The portions are generous and definitely big enough to share!

TLDR: -Prompt service -complimentary soup before meal -meals were delicious, flavourful, made fresh -only negative we found was lack of seating (it's a small space because it's meant more for takeout) Me and a friend (who's Persian) decided to check out this place after seeing on IG. We were greeted right away and were engaged in small conversation and was immediately felt welcomed. The lady took our orders, we took one of the very few seats available (it's more of a takeout restaurant). We were served complimentary soups, then our food came in reasonable timing, as it's grilled and prepared fresh. Halfway through our meal, our waitress let us know that she put in the wrong order at the till and overcharged me $6. She kindly refunded me cash on the spot, and that honest service goes such a long way. These guys won us over, and we'll definitely be back

OMG! After several years of trying different restaurants, I finally found the real Kabab Koobideh at Khaki Restaurant. The taste was absolutely delicious, juicy just as it should be, and the portion was generous, served beautifully on a traditional Persian platter. Thank you for such an amazing dish! I'll definitely be back.

Terrible food and poor delivery. I feel like I completely wasted my money.

Are you joking with me? 40$ order and this the portion of rice . I chose half rice and half salad look at the salad and rice in addition i paid 2$ extra for that. Unbelievable how people allow themselves to provide such a service. What a shame

Immediately after I placed my Uber eat order, I contacted the restaurant to confirm my order with the promotion. The staff told me the promotion wasn’t applied and advised me to cancel my order and place the order again. I mentioned that two nights earlier another restaurant, Chef Reza, had the same issue but resolved it kindly without hassle. They refused to help and they said we didn’t receive the promotion and as a result we can’t help you. Unfortunately, after following this restaurant’s advice, I was charged in full. I called Uber for 3 hours if talk, Uber suggested that the restaurant confirmed sending the food with the promotion, I waited about 2 hours, and received only two of the four items. When I spoke with the manager, I was told they had received 55 dollars from Uber and would refund that amount, but later told Uber they would not authorize a refund due to the cancellation.

I ordered dinner from here last night, and the experience was very disappointing. Both the rice and the chicken were completely cold. Instead of real saffron, it was clearly just artificial food coloring and essence, and the rice looked like it was dyed rather than flavored with saffron. Also, the inside of the chicken meat was dark, and the kababs were cold. The quality was so poor that I threw the food and my money away.

Usually love the food but it’s been a hit or miss recently. Just got the koobideh and barg and found a piece of plastic in the middle of the rice, and no it wasn’t from the packaging because we checked.

If you search Google for falafel, this place comes up. If you go in and ask for Falafel they treat you like a fool for asking. As if you asked for a steak at a lemonade stand. There are many other Iranian kabob places within a 3 minute walk of this place.

I’ve been a regular customer at Khaki for a long time, and it has always been one of my favorite restaurants because of the great taste and quality. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing — the kabab didn’t taste good at all and the overall quality felt much lower than before. I’m not sure what changed, but I noticed new staff in the kitchen and it seemed like the previous chef might no longer be there. It’s really a pity to see the quality drop, and I truly hope Khaki can bring back the standards it was known for.

I have a peanut allergy and the staff reassured me the food is peanut-free.

We ordered chicken, kebab kubideh, and the free soup was even so salty.

The kebab was flavorful and juicy, while the rice was perfectly cooked.
