I contacted the clinic due to dental pain to book a filling appointment for only 2 surface of premolar tooth. Despite having recent exam in different clinic and having all my X-rays and clearly explaining my situation, I was told by receptionist I must see their dentist for full exam since our dentist may have different opinions and this is our clinic protocol!!! the receptionist strictly insisted on clinic protocols and ultimately refused to book any appointment unless I agreed t a new assessment which additional charges for dentist exam!!! While policies are understandable but the lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. This experience was upsetting, as it clearly shows business took priority over and professional and patient centre approach to care in some dental clinics......

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I went in for a root canal, and the procedure was not done properly and I later had to get it redone elsewhere. During a check-up, the dentist also failed to inform me that I still had a baby tooth, something I only discovered later. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I expected a much higher level of care and communication.

Just got a phone call from this dentist who convinced me to switch to them recently. To tell me they are ditching all clients that aren't in the union...no notice no nothing effective immediately....and blaming their union....thanks so much !

I had very bad experience with this clinic. If you have ODSP insurance coverage, never go to this clinic, They will not treat you well. Unfortunately, I changed my dentist to this clinic and without reason they removed all my white fillings and filled with metal. I found out later that this is cheating of insurance company ,plus removing the standard white fillings and refilled them by metal old style. They are not honest as they pretend. I do not recommend this clinic.
