Extremely poor service and a complete waste of my time\. I waited two hours because I was told Dr\. Shams would see me, only to discover that he wasn’t even in the office and wasn’t accepting new patients\. The receptionist knew this from the beginning but failed to inform me\. This is disrespectful and completely unacceptable\.

I’ve visited Arya Eye Clinic many times, and every single time, I’ve been extremely pleased with the service! All the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The doctors are really knowledgeable and professional, and they’re excellent at understanding your eye health concerns. I’m also extremely picky when it comes to glasses, but honestly, when I saw my sunglasses and prescription glasses, I was like, “Oh my gosh!! Both pairs are absolutely phenomenal! They’re so stylish, lightweight, and comfortable.

The eyeglasses department provides extremely poor and unprofessional service, and it's run by two disrespectful individuals. Their only goal seems to be draining your insurance without offering proper service. They speak to you in a rude, condescending way, and on top of that, they charge outrageous prices

Extremely Disappointing and Negligent Experience In early December (around December 6), my husband visited Dr. Shams’ ophthalmology clinic because he noticed blurred vision and lines in his vision in his left eye, which was unusual for him. We informed the clinic that we were scheduled to travel on December 9 for a one-week trip and wanted to make sure it was safe for him to travel. After examination, Dr. Shams assured him that there was no problem, that everything was fine, and that traveling would not be an issue. He was only told to come back if things got worse. Unfortunately, just two days into our trip, my husband’s left eye rapidly worsened, and he began to lose his vision. We were forced to seek emergency care abroad, but no effective treatment was provided. I wasn’t very satisfied with my experience. The receptionist was polite and had a good attitude, but Dr. Hariri didn’t really listen to me. I explained that I was having vision problems and seeing things blurry, but he dismissed it and said there was nothing wrong. It felt like he didn’t have the patience to actually listen. Honestly, it also seemed like they were more focused on selling glasses, and I won’t be going back there again .

Don’t buy frames from them. They are all Chinese fake aftermarket products. We purchased two pairs of glasses, and both pairs changed color within just three weeks. They are a scam.

I had a very bad experience at Dr. Shams’ eye clinic. Last week, I visited due to eye pain. The doctor diagnosed me with dry eyes, and I paid $100 for the exam, $60 for eye drops, and $500 for a pair of glasses. Now, a week later, my condition is worse. I called the receptionist, explaining the severity and that the treatment hadn’t helped, but they just told me I’d have to pay for another visit. It felt like all they care about is money, not the patient. As a long-term patient, I found this very poor service. I will not return to this optometrist and will ask my family physician for a referral to an ophthalmologist.
