This experience here was something els, prompt , efficient , and on time for everything. The doctor n staff were very kind and helpful and very well organized. They took there time making sure you understood step by step what procedure were going to take place. I am very happy with the outcome and excited with my new vision. I would like to thank everyone for there great support and encouragement that helped me through this procedure thank you everyone for my new eye site.

I recently had eye surgery at this clinic and had an amazing experience. Dr. Maini is truly exceptional — not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, but also compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The whole clinic team was wonderful, kind, and professional. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Maini and this clinic!

My husband recently had the LAL cataract surgery done by Dr. Somani with excellent results. Very professional and efficient. A shout out as well to Komal Patel the Vision consultant who did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this clinic

Today my mom was seen at 8:00. This is a so called “doctor”. Her attitude was horrible absolutely nasty. My mom has been seen by other doctors here and no one has ever told her what she was told by this “doctor” today. I was in complete disgust, this person asked my mom what she did it was to lower her pressure, my mom then told her and she said how it’s not clinically proven but if it works then yes. She then proceeded to tell my mom just stop the drops and the medication it’s not like you have a lot to work with. Just do the operation it’s not like you have a lot to lose. You basically navigate as a blind person. Who says this ? This is not okay. Again my mother has been seen by multiple doctors and instead of being hopeful this is what she told my mom today. I was going to say something because even my mom was caught off guard. I want the big bosses information to let this be aware th

I went to see Dr. Maini for leftover fluid from a stye from last year that remained under my eye and his so called “examination” lasted less than 1 minute and ended in him denying the existence of it entirely. I asked for alternatives or explanations in terms of why the fluid couldn’t be drained, to which he insisted there wasn’t any. His responses were monosyllabic, not informational, and were ultimately dismissive. He even turned to my mother and said it’s naturally how my face will evolve, regardless of my insistence that this was NEVER here and only came about after my stye formed. He plainly told me I have to live with it, I could get a second opinion, and shrugged helplessly. THIS IS NOT PATIENT CARE. Please please be very aware that this doctor does not care about you or what your problem is, and if he doesn’t feel this way, his bedside manner definitely conflicts with that.

I had appointment to meet Dr. Darana Yuen at 9:30 a.m., I arrived at the clinic at 9:20 a.m. and was told by the clerk named Angelina that my appointment “was cancelled”. I explained that I had confirmed my appointment online, and moreover I had travelled for two hours from Woodstock to Brampton for the appointment, therefore I requested to fit me in, whatever the time. The clerk by the name Angelina, said there was nothing she can do but for me to go back and come another day, I asked Angelina if I could talk to the supervisor, Angelina said, "there is no supervisor", I asked her if I could talk to the manager and she said, "there is no manager for the day". There was no consideration of my age or the long way I travelled for the appointment. This is an unprofessional way of dealing with senior patients.

Would give -5 stars if I could... my wife had an appointment and her eyes were dilated with a medicine by a nurse. She has been sitting here since past 2 hours just for 5 min speech from doctor. She can't see properly and has to wait in such an uncomfortable situation. Don't understand what's the point of having a scheduled appointment if one has to wait for hours. Staff is also not helpfull.

This place is total chaos! My relative needed cataracts surgery. We went through 4 different rooms before the surgeon actually saw her... then, the surgeon was shouting at my relative and I had to remind the doctor, "she's not deaf, she has poor eye sight" Not impressed.

Very dissappointed in the treatment received at this clinic by both the doctor and front desk staff. They are very rude and almost abusive. My dad has been there 3 times and he had problems every single time, they can make you wait up to 3 hours even with an appointment. He was given an appointment he could not attend so called to reschedule with over 24 hour notice and was told he had to either attend or pay. No one answered any of his questions when he had some concerns about his eyesight after having laser done. We saw multiple people complain and be treated the same while we were waiting. Would stay away from this clinic as much as possible, no one deserves to be treated like this.

You’ll wait HOURS. The first appointment I had at 10am, I waited until 4pm to be seen by a specialist. The next appointment at 2:45pm, there’s people here waiting since the morning. Most the people here are elderly as well. The specialist here are great, the management is terrible. If I could leave a separate review for Dr Nithianandan, I would. He’s the only reason the wait is worth it, he truly cares about his patients.

I wish to extend a very heartful thank you to everyone involved in my cataract surgery. Surgery and follow up went beautifully. Thank you to Dr. Nazemi who did such a beautiful job. You all work like a well-oiled machine. I found everyone to be very kind, understanding and patient. Thank you again to everyone!

But everyone on reception and customer service side of things need to be fired.
