I would like to complaint regarding one of the clinic’s staff members, TESSA. Claimed that she a nurse but not a licensed one. During my appointments, I have consistently experienced what I believe to be rude and unprofessional behavior from her. As a patient dealing with significant pain, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, my interactions with her have added unnecessary stress during my visits. I have already brought my concerns to the attention of my doctor and have also emailed the clinic’s management regarding this issue. I hope my concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Referred to by my physician, this is a pleasant clinic to visit. I was in and out within the hour after answering some questions. Staff and doctors were kind and helpful.

I had a great experience at Vaughan Pain Clinic! The receptionists were all so kind, professional, and welcoming. The doctor was also wonderful — I really appreciated their honesty and the time they took to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for caring and trustworthy service!

Excellent staff. Just wasn't happy with my dr. He never told me exactly what was going on and when he injected a needle without any warning. I could of moved. His assistant was much better. It's good to speak to the patient and tell them ahead what is about to happen. Very nervous I was to begin with. Without any warnings I had no idea when it was going to be inserted, etc. Sadly I'm not going back. Was a far drive to begin with but I heard good reviews. Maybe other Dr's are better. No name mentioned

Very nice reception and good patient communication between doctors. Only thing is appointments are always behind schedule so maybe try to find a way to streamline it better. Otherwise solid clinic

My mom and I are patients of Dr. Chan at the Vaughan Pain Clinic. Dr. Chan is a very nice and friendly doctor who cares about his patients and gives excellent quality care. The office beginning from the front desk secretaries to the doctor's nurses are all extremely friendly with a smile always on their faces when we come in for our appointments. The whole office beginning with the doctor and his staff make us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. We love coming to our appointments. Thank you Dr. Chan and your whole staff for caring about your patients! I highly recommend this Clinic for anyone who has pain issues as the clinic is amazing!

I've been a patient in this clinic for a looonnggg time for chronic pain. I started with Dr. Surkont then other doctors, now with Dr. Chan who is so nice and caring. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. I wish they have that ultrasound thing that Dr El Bat used before. Thank you Vaughan pain clinic! God bless.

Don't waste your time at this place.

Dr. Pirzada is awesome! He literally saved my life! I was contemplating suicide because I was in so much agony every day, every hour, every minute, all over my body. My condition improved greatly when I started getting nerve block injections, but he also started prescribing me low dose naltrexone. There is not a lot of research on this drug for the purpose of treating fibromyalgia, but he did it anyway, and the results are amazing! I have suggested it to my friends and family who suffer from fibromyalgia and their doctors have refused to order it because there is not a lot of research about it. Even a few doctors in the clinic, who I have gone to when I couldn’t see Dr. Pirzada, are not prescribing it. According to Dr. Pirzada, the low-dose naltrexone has not worked for all his patients, but it has on many patients. It is worth a shot!

Reception booked appointment for my mother when the clinic was closed. Two weeks between appointments was horrible time for my mother.

I am extremely disappointed in the administrative team at this clinic. I'm shocked at how disorganized this clinic was. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment with Dr. Sathiaseelan. The service at the front desk was very slow but I eventually signed in. I proceeded to wait 2 hours PAST my appointment time, missing my work for this appointment, but the clinic completely forgot about me. They admitted this. I sat there and watched several people who arrived after me get called to see the doctor. The front desk said they thought I was another patient, even though I had provided my appointment and OHIP card to indicate my arrival for my appointment. Clearly they were negligent and inattentive of this. It is unacceptable when people have employment obligations to waste their day. I ended up leaving because the clinic forgot about my scheduled appointment. They called me hours later after

I absolutely recommend AVOIDING this clinic. I didn't feel like trying the same prescription for the 3rd time in my pain journey because of the horrible side effects I'd experienced so right away I was told I couldn't be helped. I was told after some MRIs I may have some more treatment options so of course I agreed. Months passed until I finally called the clinic and they'd completely forgotten to book my tests. It only got worse when I never got a single phone call regarding and results and had to continually contact the office for them only to be met with completely rude and dismissive responses. Don't waste time in pain on this place...they really don't care about what patients have to go through.

Do not recommend this place. Spent an hour there in consultation with someone (not the doctor), then the doctor shows up for 2 minutes to tell me they cannot help me. Will compare your pain to other patients, stating you are not as bad as they are, as if he knows what pain goes on inside your head. Then tries to tell me symptoms other patients have, which I also do, saying that they suffer more than me. Clearly he didn't read my file?! Waste of time. Even my family doctor was not impressed with their report. Don't bother with this place.

NOT FOR ME! Went in to hopefully control abdominal pain..as none of the several specialists thus far had been able to help find cause or relieve. I was advised they cannot do anything for abdominal pain.. that's "women's areas".. just send me back to Women's college.. (which I just came from and they don't have evidence it's not that area) I got injected in back and neck (I thought what do I have to lose?? apparently a week of life).. I almost threw up in the room... and spent a week and bed with the neck and muscles constricting and agonizing.. Never going back! It may be covered by OHIP.. did not work for me!

The front girls very unprofessional, on power trip very dishonest and incorrect they treat people with pain in a poor and disrespectful manner 😵‍💫😢 the girls worked on April/1/2024 no compassion or heart at all I wouldn’t suggest that clinic to no one they make me sick 🤢

Terrible experience, I went for a consultation, I had to wait an hr before I was asked to wait in a room, the room smelt terrible because of the patient before) I waited 5minutes in the room with no doctor showing up, so I just canceled my appointment.

Very funny, friendly staff and nice people, they’re like a family to me!☺️🥰☺️
