This is the worst dental office I have ever been after they've changed the new owner. I was there the first year after they changed the completely new owner dentist and staffs. I only had 2 visits there for filling, and they already claimed all the amount of my insurance, and the worst things was the 2nd years I didn't go back there but they still claim my insurance without my noticed, and after they just sent me a text message saying that I have an appointment with them, even though I didn't book any appointments with them, therefore, I would not return and would not recommend Aurora Gateway Dental.

Terrible experience. They incorrectly booked my appointment time and overcharged me then when I tried to have a discussion, the front staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Would not recommend. I will not be coming back.

⭐️🚨🔔 I had a very disappointing experience with Aurora Gateway Dental. In particular, my interaction with Rojina left me dissatisfied with the level of communication and professionalism I received. For something as important as dental care, I expect staff to communicate clearly, handle concerns professionally, and make patients feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during my visit. Based on my personal experience with Rojina and the clinic overall, I would not return and would not recommend Aurora Gateway Dental. Anyone considering this office should ask questions beforehand and make sure they are comfortable with how their concerns are being handled.

I was very happy to find this location near me with amazing reviews! Sadly I didn’t made it pass the phone call to make an appointment. They should get someone who has good/excellent customer service skills answering their phones as this is the first interaction with potential clients. I made multiple calls to different dentist locations near me and this was was the first one who said “I am not doing that” when I asked if she could email me the release form for my current dentist to send X-rays etc. Sadly for them, I had made my decision to go to this location because of their hours of operations and location. But after the ride way they talk to me I realized this is not a place I want to go. Furthermore, their hours of operation online are not accurate. They do not open late everyday, they have 4 locations so I am guessing they just put all the hours mix with their locations making them

Very hygienic, good reception/service and great staff.

More importantly the prices for these great services were all reasonable .
