I've visited Aria Pharmasave several times over the past few months, and every experience has been great. The staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions. Service is quick, and the pharmacy is clean and well organized. I definitely recommend Aria Pharmasave to anyone looking for a reliable neighborhood pharmacy.

The pharmeI had a disappointing experience with this pharmacy. My regular pharmacy did not have my medication in stock, but when I contacted this pharmacy, I was told they only serve their own patients. I understand that pharmacies have policies, but I believe patients should receive a clear explanation when access to their prescribed medication is refused. I hope the pharmacy will review its policy and improve its customer service in accordance with Ontario’s pharmacy standards.

One of the worst pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely rude, careless, and unprofessional staff. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing, and the communication is absolutely terrible. The doctor was dismissive and unhelpful, and the employees acted like helping customers was a burden. Long waits, poor attitude, zero respect, and no accountability at all. I honestly regret wasting my time coming here. I would strongly advise people to avoid this pharmacy completely and go somewhere that actually cares about patients

Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional and I received little help when I asked for information about the medications/products I needed. Nasrin was particularly unhelpful and seemed more focused on quickly selling me a low-quality product than actually understanding what I was looking for. The rest of the team were mostly on their phones and made no effort to assist. Definitely expected better service from a pharmacy.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was impossible to ignore. My friend and I visited the pharmacy after confirming over the phone that the pharmacist could help us. Instead, we were met with an incredibly rude and aggressive attitude from Pharmacist Nasrin Nourani. She repeatedly raised her voice, interrupted us, and spoke to both of us in a disrespectful manner without any reason. As patients seeking help, we expected professionalism and basic courtesy, especially since one of us was in pain. No one should be treated this way in a healthcare setting. I sincerely hope the pharmacy addresses this behavior so other patients don’t have the same experience.

The worse place I have ever been. Very rude and unhelpful! After couple of months, I went to get my medicine , the lady who worked there never listened to my request just repeated by laud voice, “you don’t have a proscription”! This all happened while I was already informed that I have my medicine ready to pick up !

I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy with Dr. Nasrin Nourani. I had actually called ahead and confirmed everything before going to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. Despite this prior coordination, she completely lost her temper, her face turned red, and she started screaming at me in front of everyone inside the pharmacy. Later, when I texted her to ask why she had shouted at me, she called me back between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, screaming and threatening me over the phone. She literally told me, "I have two lawyers, and I didn't study for five years just to answer to you!"** **Reading other reviews here, like the one where she shouted at a mother and her young daughters, makes it clear that this aggressive behavior is a pattern for her. She routinely mistreats customers. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Nasrin Nourani, your claim that
