Came here last week looking for a rug that I saw online on their website. I was blown away and very impressed by the large selection of rugs they have inside the store; the store is massive, very well kept and organized. The owners have a thorough knowledge of their products and merchandise, and they are incredibly helpful in helping you pick out carpets that suit your budget and aesthetics! I saw the rug on the left online, and it looked even better in person. I was shown similar options, in terms of prices and qualiy (vintage, handmade rugs), and debated between the one on the left and the right. The owner was so sweet! She offered to let me take both of them home to test out, or to take one home, see if I liked it in my space, and if I was unhappy after having it in my room for a week or so, she said I could return it and exchange for a completely different rug! I showed them photos

We had a wonderful experience at Rugs Place today! We were looking for a Persian rug and ended up falling in love with a beautiful Nahavand piece. The associate who helped us was fantastic! She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re rug shopping!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Quality, Great Prices, and Exceptional Service I had an amazing experience at Rugs Place. Their prices are genuinely some of the best I’ve seen, especially considering the excellent quality of their rugs. Every piece feels durable, beautifully made, and worth far more than what they charge. What impressed me even more was their professional customer service. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect rug without any pressure. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Rugs Place to anyone looking for great value, top‑quality products, and a team that really cares about their customers.

Zora is the sweetest woman! She showed us many options and gave us so many considerations regarding what would fit our space! The service is amazing and the rugs are so lovely!! Would definitely recommend this place!
