I am very disappointed with my experience with Billyard Insurance. Initially, they provided me with a lower auto insurance quote, and I decided to purchase the policy based on that price. However, after just five months, my premium increased by approximately $100, with explanations that I found unsatisfactory. I believe customers deserve transparent pricing and clear communication from the beginning. Providing an attractive quote initially and then significantly increasing the premium within a few months is frustrating, especially when the explanations provided do not adequately address the concerns. Based on my personal experience, I am disappointed with the service and lack of transparency regarding the premium increase. I would advise potential customers to ask detailed questions about possible rate changes before purchasing a policy.

I do not recommend Billyard Insurance Group based on my experience with this office. I dealt with Davinderjit Singh as my broker and Thomas Millar as the branch manager. The handling of my billing and payment situation was, in my opinion, completely incompetent. I had raised concerns about my payment dates, yet the communication around the billing schedule, missed payment, and eventual cancellation was extremely poor. I was left trying to figure out what had happened after the fact instead of being properly informed while the problem could still be addressed. When I tried to escalate the situation, Thomas Millar was unresponsive and ignored my attempts to get the matter properly resolved. Singh was no better in terms of giving me the clarity and support I expected from my broker. The situation became serious enough that I had to go outside the brokerage, formally escalate the matter

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Snehdeep Kaur and Sanjiv Madhura, who handled my insurance policy cancellation with shocking incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism. My policy was cancelled in November 2025. At no point did Sanjiv mention any cancellation fees; he simply told me I was "good to go." This, after I had already paid over $400 to insure a car that was simply parked. As a broker I had trusted for years, the least he could do was find me a competitive rate. He couldn't or wouldn't. And to add insult to injury, he didn't even have the decency to acknowledge it. Then, to my complete surprise, in January 2026, I received an urgent email from Snehdeep demanding payment of a remaining cancellation fee of nearly $700, a fee I had never been informed about. Gaurav behl, one of the worst broker who fails to communicate and listen carefully. He put wrong date on my policy which caused me penalty of $11000. When i tried to contact him regarding this matter. He stopped picking our calls. Please avoid these fraud brokers. I will take legal action against him

I had a disappointing experience with a broker named Saif Syed from Billyard Insurance Group Mississauga East. When I reached out for auto insurance, he made disrespectful comments about my profile instead of simply explaining that coverage couldn’t be offered. I expected a more professional and courteous interaction. I hope management reviews this matter and ensures clients are treated with respect.

My experience with BIG started well, but their mistakes and poor communication ended up costing me money. When I moved from one province to another, BIG failed to obtain my complete driving record. They only pulled records dating back to 2015, even though I have been licensed since approximately 2007. Based on that incomplete record, they increased my monthly premium to approximately $360. After it became clear that they had not pulled my full driving history, they reduced the premium to around $180. However, they never acknowledged that they had made a mistake. Months later, I was clearly told over the phone that I could pay my insurance premiums by credit card. That information turned out to be incorrect and the payments had to come directly from one of my chequing accounts. When their attempted withdrawal was unsuccessful, they cancelled my policy.
