I had a very disappointing experience with this jeweler. I trusted them to resize my ring, but after the resizing, the diamond became loose. The ring was also returned dirty, with visible scratches still left on it. We also paid for an engraving, but it was poorly done placed my name near the edge of the band, making it look unprofessional. I expected much better craftsmanship and attention to detail. I would not recommend this jeweler.

Frustrated with my experience here. After making my purchase, I realized that I had paid a significantly higher price per gram compared with other jewellery stores. I wish I had done more research and compared prices beforehand. I expected better transparency and pricing, and unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.

They are not welcoming at all! I visited there multiple times and never had a good experience! In Jewerly business when you are dealing with people specially “women “you need to be nice and caring! 🙂

The lady we originally dealt with was very pleasant and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, my experience with the gentleman, who I believe may be the store owner, was much less positive. He did not come across as friendly or welcoming. Given that his business relies on customer interactions, a more approachable attitude would significantly improve the overall experience. Initially, I thought this would be a store I’d return to based on my positive interaction with the lady. However, when we made our purchase, the gentleman’s attitude left a negative impression. With so many other options in the city, I would prefer to take my business elsewhere. Considering we paid a good price, a basic level of courtesy and professionalism is the least we expect—especially when prices are similar elsewhere.

I went to a jewelry store to sell some of my mint-condition gold pieces. Even though gold prices were at their peak, the store offered me a very low amount and the entire experience felt terrible. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they bought my jewelry for far less than it was worth, so I ended up losing a lot of money.

I visited this jewelry store and went all the way to the point of purchase, but the attitude of the so called ‘Doctor’ was shockingly unprofessional. With all that title and age, I expected at least some basic manners in dealing with customers unfortunately, there were none. His rude and dismissive behavior made me walk out without buying anything. On top of that, their buying prices are lower than anywhere else, and their selling prices are higher than everyone else’s you’ll never walk away from this place feeling you made a fair deal. Experience and titles mean nothing without respect and honesty. Very disappointing 👎🏻
