I highly recommend Baghbani Law for their excellent service and professionalism. They have assisted me with several real estate transactions over the years, and every experience has been smooth, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. I truly appreciate their reliability and the peace of mind they provide when dealing with important real estate matters. Thank you to the entire Baghbani Law team ( Ms. Baghbani & Maryam) for your continued excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy real estate lawyer!

I’ve worked with Mrs. Baghbani’s office twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. She is consistently professional, patient, and incredibly helpful—making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I will gladly continue returning. My sincere appreciation also goes to Maryam for her wonderful support and dedication.

We had a really great experience with Baghbani Law for our mortgage closing. Everything went smoothly and the process was explained clearly from start to finish. Maryam Gorginpour was our main point of contact and was always helpful, responsive, and very easy to work with. We also really appreciated Ms. Saloumeh Baghbani taking the time to explain the documents and legal terms to us. Thank you to the whole team for making the process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I have worked with this firm on multiple real estate matters and each one was handled with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service. 👍

Truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend Baghbani's team to anyone buying or selling real estate.

I’ve had multiple experiences with Baghbani law, and every single one was a disaster. The level of incompetence is shocking—constant mistakes in legal documents, careless handling of important details, and, worst of all, what appears to be deliberate manipulation of paperwork. This isn’t just unprofessional; it’s completely unacceptable. A lawyer is supposed to protect their client’s interests, not put them at risk. Instead, I found myself constantly fixing their errors and questioning their integrity. If you value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism, stay far away from this lawyer. I will complain to law society so they have the record in their document have all the evidence to show it. Please becarful I will share my experience with any social media and especially Persian community & newspaper so people don not make same mistake as I did. Thanks

Please be carful using Sally BAGHBANI & BAGHBANI law firm. She acts as sales representative for her law firm, After you sign the contract with her she is not going to show up again you have to deal with un professional administrative clerks. Never keep her words . I think all good reviews are all manipulative. Please think twice.

Terrible experience! They made lots of error in my case, insulted me through emails, had no accountability upon their faults and charged me with ambiguous items as disbursements. Don't be fooled by the low advertised fee. They make it up through other stuff. They hold our money for 12 days for no reason. No apology given at all. They believe their service is a courtesy!

Very poor customer service and she didn't care to client satisfaction and respectful to customer. I had very bad experience to work with this office and never do again a business with this office.
