Dr. Kafai veterinary hospital is number 1 in my books. I had to bring my kitty Trigger here for some issues and they were very thorough and caring and so helpful with everything. Trigger absolutely loved everyone there, Dr Kafai, Dr Mir and all the staff and helpers. Anytime I called they all took the time to answer my questions and anytime there was a problem with him I could bring him any hour of the day —no waiting.!!!! It was amazing and I am so thankful for this hospital and the caring Vets Dr Kafai annd Dr Mir and all the staff. Cannot say enough good things about everyone!!! Would recommend this hospital to everyone!!

I have been seeing Dr.Kafai’s vet team since my dog was just a little puppy. Dr.Habib is also amazing. Everyone is so joyful & straight to the point, from the care to the information. I always have a quick and wonderful time. They always take such pride and care with my dog and if you are looking for an amazing staff to trust & take care of your animal then this is the spot.

Sweet Pea was treated here for six days during one of the most difficult and traumatic experiences a pet owner can go through. Although we ultimately lost her, I will always be deeply grateful for the care she received and for the people who cared for her. Dr. Mir, Dr. Kafai, Dr. Izadi, and the assistants, including Shahrzad and Arash, were all involved in Sweet Pea’s care. Everyone seemed to genuinely love her. She was treated with kindness and tenderness, and throughout those six days, I was treated with that same compassion. Their facility is top-of-the-line and was consistently exceptionally clean. Because I was there so often visiting Sweet Pea, I had an opportunity to see the team at work over the course of many days—not just during a single appointment. We just visited for the emergency, a groomer cut my dog paws and we had to come here on emergency, Dr Mir, Mr. ARASH and Mrs Aida Has done amazing job taking care of our pet and Mr Arash also showed us the hotel for the dogs which is an amazing place. I strongly recommend to come to this place for your pet needs, You will not go anywhere else after your first visit on this place.

They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel comfortable and informed. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful as well. They answer every question with patience, they care about the animals, and they always make us feel welcome. You can really see how much they love what they do. Amazing doctor, my dog got an alleged traction at 3 am, called no headache no problem brought in saw him and charged a fair price, and he truely cares about his patients, highly recommend, and told me the medications my other vet was giving him was bad for him, highly recommended

We came in late at night for an emergency visit because my young and otherwise healthy cat had been acting strange all day and not letting us pet her stomach, which she normally allows. The vet checked her out for 5 minutes said no stomach problem! Then said but she does have a heart murmur and wanted to recommend very expensive diagnostic tests. The bedside manner all along was strange and not professional. So I said no thanks, brought my cat to her regular vet the next day. Zero heart murmur, her regular vet examined my cat thoroughly! No heart murmur! Is this place a scam???? Is this the duty of care of a veterinary doctor??? Are they preying on the anxieties of pet owners with pets in distress????

Great experience at Dr. Kafai Vet Hospital! The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. They made us feel welcome and treated our pet with so much kindness. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely disgusted and heartbroken by my experience at this veterinary hospital. I brought my cat here because I needed help and trusted that my pet would be treated with care and compassion. Instead, I was made to feel like I was a horrible person for simply bringing my cat in for treatment. I was already extremely overwhelmed and stressed when I arrived. Instead of showing me understanding, Dr. Kafi brought me into the area where the animals were being kept while my cat was undergoing surgery. My cat was crying and screaming, and I was forced to see and hear my own pet in that state while I was already extremely distressed. There were other animals in the same area as well. I found the entire situation incredibly upsetting and completely inappropriate. What made it worse was the way I felt I was being treated and judged. WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC. On Wednesday Sept 23rd , we noticed our cat Lilly was having difficulty using her litter box. We decided to take her to Dr Kafai Veterinary clinic. He did her x-rays and tests and discovered that she had bladder stones. He told us it is a life threatening situation. Lilly was a bit aggressive as she doesn't like vet visits. So, Dr Kafai sent us home with some oral pain meds telling us, try to give them to her and it should help her muscles relax helping her to go pee and poop. Upon arriving home Lilly kept trying to go and would cry. We hurriedly contacted Dr Kafai and asked him how soon he can perform surgery. He told us to bring her in. At 2am we took our girl back to his clinic. Although, we are thankful that he was able to perform the surgery and remove crystals, HE REFUSED TO HELP US ANY FURTHER. . Horrible Experience – Avoid This Animal Hospital at All Costs! We entrusted this 24/7 animal hospital with our dog’s care for boarding specifically because of his medical condition—he has epilepsy and requires timely medication to prevent seizures. Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism and responsibility put his health at risk and caused him unnecessary distress. From the start, they seemed completely unorganized. We had brought our dog in for a check-up before his stay and provided them with updated vaccination records, yet when we dropped him off, they had no record of his visit. This was a major red flag. The most alarming issue was their failure to properly manage his epilepsy medication. Despite us clearly outlining the importance of timely doses, they nearly missed his first scheduled dose—until we called to remind them. It was only then that they seemed to realize the ur

The most awful experience. Predatory pricing, incompetent staff. The egotistical vet tech insisted he knew how to handle my dog better than me. He dismissed all my protestations about the way he was handling my SENIOR, POST-OP dog and proceeded to DROP HIM ON THE FLOOR. Don't bother with "that is not the standard of care we provide," because either you picked me out to mistreat, or that is how you operate. Shame on you for preying on people's vulnerabilities and charging so much for sub-par care. Just awful.

We rushed to this clinic at night seeking urgent care for our dog. The lights were on, but no one opened the door no matter how many times we knocked. When we finally reached someone by phone, we were told to go to an emergency hospital. If you are not actually available to see patients, why claim to be open late? Pet owners with sick animals are often racing against time. By appearing open while refusing to see patients, this clinic wastes precious time that could be critical to an animal's health. Answering the phone creates the impression that services are available, but owners are ultimately turned away. Our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
