Very disappointing experience. I sent multiple emails over several months and received no response. For a legal service, timely communication and keeping clients informed are extremely important. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that there was adequate communication throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to others who expect responsive and reliable communication.

We asked you to witness a document that had been prepared by another lawyer and only required notarization. Your response clearly demonstrated a lack of knowledge about this process. Even your receptionist apologized to me MULTIPLE TIMES over the phone for your rude and arrogant behavior. She seemed well aware of how you treat others.

I feel sorry for people who need help from this person. She is extremely disrespectful! You have problem understanding a very simple legal document. Who do you think you are? I was the respondent dealing with this lawyer, and my experience was very negative. The communication was unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, including multiple emails in a single day that felt more like intimidation than professional legal correspondence. Despite my respectful replies, the tone escalated further and created unnecessary stress. This was not the level of professionalism I expected from a lawyer. I would not recommend this lawyer

I had very bad experience with Ms. Moaveni. she initially told me that she will charge $1700 for closing my mortgage, at the time of releasing fund she deducted over $3300. She is very unprofessional. I was involved in an argument with my ex-husband over the separation agreement and transfer of the house. For instance in one occasion I contacted her 6 times before her meeting with my ex for signing documents. She did not answer me. Then she called me in front of him and pushing me sign something that was against our separation agreement and in my ex's favour. She always called me unprepared and reading documents while holding phone. I chased her with email and call almost everyday as my mortgage was super time sensitive . She seems to be a nice lady but not a good lawyer. Wouldn't suggest her unless you have a very straight forward case.

Communication was poor, and I felt ignored throughout the entire process. I trusted Elham moaveni to handle my matter professionally, but unfortunately, I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking reliable legal assistance.
