Very frustrating experience with Maroof Agency. I booked Toronto → Iran → Toronto. The return flight from Iran to Toronto was cancelled by Emirates airline because of the war. Emirates issued a partial refund of around $1200. After I received it, Maroof Agency called me and demanded an additional $180 to "process the refund". They provided no written explanation or invoice from Emirates. When I asked for supporting documents they refused. The flight was cancelled by the airline, not by me, so charging a fee is completely against the law. They were not transparent and only seemed focused on money, not customer service. I have filed a complaint with TICO. I do not recommend booking with them.

Poor communication and unprofessional service. I regret choosing this agency for handling our France visa appointments. The process was confusing and disorganized from the start. One of their agents, Ahmad, was not only unhelpful but also incredibly disrespectful when we tried to clarify a mistake they made with our booking times. Instead of assisting us, Ahmad dismissed our concerns and blamed the embassy, then later insulted us when we followed up. It’s shocking that someone with such a rude and condescending attitude is dealing with clients. Travel planning is stressful enough—you don’t need this kind of treatment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Terrible service and zero professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone, especially after dealing with Ahmad, one of their agents. From the start, communication was poor and dismissive. He made a critical error with our visa appointment times, and when we tried to resolve it, he was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. Instead of fixing the mistake, Ahmad told us to lie at the embassy and acted like we were the problem. No apology, no accountability—just attitude. And when we called again, his response was nothing short of insulting. If you care about your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they treat people here is unacceptable.

STAY AWAY from this travel agency! We had a very disappointing experience with them, specifically with an agent named Ahmad. He was the one who booked our France visa appointments, but he made a mistake by scheduling one appointment at 9 AM and the other at 12 PM for me and my partner. When we contacted them for clarification, Ahmad insisted it wasn’t their fault and told us to just show up at 9 AM and blame the embassy for the confusion and asked us not to waste his time for this again. On the day of the appointment, embassy confirmed it was agency’s fault and we should wait for the second appointment. We ended up waiting for three extra hours because of their mistake which ruined our day. When I called again to express my dissatisfaction, instead of apologizing for this Ahmad was extremely rude, and called me ignorant, illiterate, and crazy! When I asked him to connect me to his ma

I had the worst experience with this travelling agency. At first they show as if they bent over backward and try to show you the best service but then they end up screwing you over. When I was buying my flight ticket from them they told me if you want to make any changes to your ticket it will not cost you over $200 but then they booked my ticket in away that no One but them could make date changes and they charged me $1300 in the end. It’s Ridiculous how they try to take advantage of my emergency situation for their own benefit.
