I made a purchase from Venus Furniture Home. I visited their showroom in June and finalized my purchase in December. During this time, I visited the showroom multiple times, and each visit was a great experience. The staff were consistently respectful, professional, and welcoming. I compared their products with several other showrooms and brands in the area, and I was very impressed. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail, with patience and professionalism. Their delivery service was also reliable and smooth. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I look forward to sharing an update in the future regarding the long-term durability of the products.

VERY POOR.... CUSTOMER SERVICE......LOW QUALITY unfortunately i purchased sofa ,love seat and dinning table for more than $12000 in 18 months ago. as my first bad experience; as soon as dinning table was delivered we noticed top of dinning table is curved up and there was a half inch gap between top part and body of my dining table, after complaining ,their technician came and forced some screws and minimize the gap. But here is the main issue is here ; It is almost 18 months that we are using the sofa and love seat which is barely used. We have no children and pets in house and sofa is used for only very limited times. I just noticed stitches of my sofa is coming off from fabric and getting worse every day. I called Venus customer service and they were not helpful. technitian came and said cannot fix stitches. Normally manufactory warranty is about 10 years for frame and stitches, but

I’m really disappointed with this furniture. It’s extremely heavy, and moving it even slightly has scratched and damaged our hardwood floors. For how expensive it is, I expected much better quality — the materials and finish just don’t live up to the price. Overall, it feels overpriced and poorly designed, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to protect their floors or get real value for their money.

Not recommended to anyone, it’s been a complete disappointment from start to finish. The delivery took months longer than promised, and when the items finally arrived, they were nothing like what we expected. The furniture is unbelievably heavy — it’s almost impossible to move, even with two people. Additionally, the quality is subpar for the price. The materials feel cheap, and some parts were already loose right out of the box. My mom tried contacting customer service several times, but they were rude and unhelpful, and never actually resolved anything. Overall, it’s been a frustrating and expensive mistake. Definitely not a store we’d recommend to anyone.

This has been the worst customer service experience. They are completely unreliable.Very disappointing.

Ordered custom chairs and received 1 month late and not the ones that I ordered. They changed them 2 times but end up with the chairs that there is a glue all around them !!!! And one chair broke after 3 days of receiving them!! Low quality!!
