I had such a great experience getting flowers here! I bought lilies, and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She carefully opened the lilies, removed the toxic parts, and made them completely safe and ready for me. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I could keep them looking beautiful longer. You can really tell she cares about her customers and her flowers. Highly recommend!

I was helped by 2 lovely ladies that were happy to make a custom arrangement on budget that turned out amazing for me, really made my mom happy. Will definitely come back again!

Recent review: Birthday for a special person: The pictures I just posted were from the flowers I bought a week ago. They are almost as fresh as the day I brought them home. We have been shopping here for many years, and we have learned we don't want to go anywhere else. There is nowhere else in the GTA that you can find a better "Bang for your Buck" when it comes to buying flowers than at Tulip Florist. They are wonderful people to deal with. Don't even get close to this scammers. 1 single rose $11.³⁰ !!!!! Asked her how much are the roses and she said $6 and after transaction I check the bill 11.³⁰. Even 1 star is too much. They don't last long.

Avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of lovely florists nearby who actually like their customers. Horrific experience. I walked in looking for a bouquet, saw one slightly over my budget, and politely asked if, since I needed two that day, there might be a small deal. The staff member mockingly dismissed both me and my budget. Which, mind you, was completely reasonable, and I’m a returning customer. They went on to say that my generation is rude and disrespected me to the point that I was essentially asked to leave — when a simple “no” would have been enough. It’s incredibly unprofessional to belittle someone over their spending ability and dismiss potential future business. I’ve never been treated this poorly in Canada. It’s unfortunate that such nice flower shop has terrible customer service. I have been disappointed from owners attitude couple of times before but today I decided to stop giving them business because her behaviour was so irresponsible towards the product she sold us couple of days ago. A nice plant we bought for $55 and dried out in two days. She had all the excuses not to take responsibility of selling such delicate plant with no proper instructions for care. If you have had similar experience in this shop please write it here so the lesson is learned!

My order got delivered to a contractor working in the house without acknowledging a home owner, and I got notified that after only a few days all the roses were perished and are in a horrible shape. If I'd purchased a package from Sobeys it would last longer! Also,comparing to the other florists in the market, their pricing (both merchants and Delivery fee) is not reasonable. Not recommended at all....Total disappointment!

the lady overcharged me for a petty thing which i could have easily got for $1.0 for the dollar store even though i was a regular customer of their's. i was in an emergency so i had to take it but did not appreciate it, was not happy at all.
