8 months agoI’m very grateful to the doctors and staff at this clinic. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. They treated my cat with so much patience and gentleness, which meant a lot to me. This was my cat’s first time going under general anesthesia, and I was really nervous. But the team was very professional and took the time to explain everything, which helped me feel much more at ease. My cat is now recovering, and I’m hoping everything continues to heal well. They also gave very clear post-surgery care instructions and made sure I understood what to watch for, which made me feel reassured. Thank you again for taking such good care of my cat. I really appreciate it

6 months agoI took my dog to Toronto North Animal Hospital a few days ago, and honestly, I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Dr. Reza was great. He actually took the time to listen to everything I was saying and didn’t rush the appointment. You can tell he knows what he’s doing — he explained things clearly and gave the right treatment for my dog. At the time, my dog had an ear infection and was constantly scratching her body. I followed his instructions, and now just a few days later, I can already see a big improvement. She’s doing so much better, and I’m honestly relieved. Also, the pricing was fair, which I really appreciate. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Reza to anyone looking for a vet who actually cares.

a month agoEveryone at the veterinary clinic is exceptional. My cat recently needed dental work, and as a pet parent, I was understandably anxious. Dr. T was wonderfully reassuring and compassionate throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Ebi and Sam for their outstanding care. If you are looking for a top-tier veterinary practice, look no further!

6 months agoI could not imagine a better experience with a vet especially in an emergency situation. They keep a warm positive environment no matter the situation while staying fast, clean, thorough and effective. In an emergency situation I was able to call in, have my cat seen, have imaging, tests, a treatment plan and a filled out prescription all done within 2 hours. They were able to offer a non surgical plan while staying proactive and prepared for a worst case scenario. They help to keep you informed through every step and even help you with billing and insurance explaining the process of different payment methods and how to ensure your claim goes through even finer details you may overlook. Their kindness and warmth extend past you and reception but most importantly to how they handle your pet. My cat is typically scared of strangers (hides and is very vocal about it) but he was completely f

4 weeks agoIt was my first visit with my cat June here at toronto north animal hospital and they were amazing! The staff were very kind, informative, and open to answer all of my questions. They made sure she was comfortable and gave me a free sample for dental food that she could try. I truly recommend visiting them and supporting such a good local business!

Edited 2 weeks agoThe vets are genuinely kind and gentle with animals, but unfortunately, they did not tell me how serious my cat’s declining condition had become, and they did not identify an abdominal mass on her until it was too late. I followed all Drs recommendations and spent thousands of dollars on the exams, treatments, X-rays, ultrasounds, and medications they suggested. Despite all of this, her health continued to decline. She was losing weight, losing her appetite and feeling unwell. I had concerns about changes in her behaviour, including urinating outside the litter box, but the doctor was unable to give me an answer. (I was later told at the emergency hospital that this may have been related to something putting pressure on her bladder). I felt that some of her symptoms were brushed off or were being treated individually rather than looking closely at what the underlying cause could be. Eve

a month agoTL;DR: Brought my dog in late at night for an ear hematoma. TVS confirmed the diagnosis but quoted an absurd $5,000+ for a surgery scheduled two days out, pushed immediate blood tests, and tried adding an undisclosed $85 urgent care fee. Went to my primary vet the next morning, who performed the exact same procedure, testing, and care for $1,625 + tax total. Beware of high-pressure sales and extreme markups here. I brought my dog to TVS North York Vet Hospital late at night after noticing a hematoma in his ear. Given the late hour and my concern as a pet owner, I called around for costs and decided to visit TVS based on their initial $125 consultation fee. While the vet quickly confirmed the hematoma diagnosis, everything following the exam was deeply concerning: 1. Exorbitant Surgery Estimate: I was quoted over $4,600 for surgery, plus blood tests and the initial consultation fee, br

a month agoAvoid this hospital. They are more concerned with prescribing medications and pushing unnecessary tests rather than listening to pet owners who know and understand their pets and their pets’ needs. We came in with an injured ankle exacerbated by a chronic condition. The vet insisted that my dog had a luxating hip even though there was no indication of this and the symptoms were localized to his ankle. The vet insisted that an xray of the entire leg and hip was necessary despite me questioning the necessity of a hip xray. The vet tech could not properly explain the risks of sedation on an 11 year old dog which made me doubt the safety of my dog. Bloodwork was also not done before sedation. Once the X-rays were completed, it was confirmed that there was nothing wrong with his hip just as I had said. That testing was entirely unnecessary and instead caused stress to my dog. The vet did not

3 weeks agoI’m sorry that I put my own cat through months of unnecessary stress and suffering by bringing her to this clinic. I brought my cat here for several months because of chronic diarrhea. Even after months of visits, they had still not done basic bloodwork. Instead, it felt like the focus was on charging as much as possible while repeatedly putting my cat through unnecessary treatments and stress. There was also a serious lack of communication between the doctors. Every time we saw a different veterinarian, we were given different recommendations, without any clear communication or coordination between them. I regret choosing this clinic simply because I didn’t have enough experience to know what to expect from a veterinary clinic. After I finally switched to another veterinarian, my cat’s problem was resolved with a simple approach and bloodwork. I wish I had gone somewhere else from the b

They didn't even suggest a biopsy i had no idea he could have had cancer I know they knew ! I could have avoided so much suffering! He was bleeding and clotting from the mouth howling in pain! They didn't even tell me what kind of cancer they just said put him down! I could not reach the doctor to ask if there was any hope of saving him i called and called ! a year agoIf you care even 1% about your pet’s life, stay far away from this clinic. What this clinic did wasn’t just a mistake—it was gross incompetence. The doctor misdiagnosed my dog three times, making her worse and nearly killing her. Our family went through so much pain, stress, and financial burden because of him. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. I took my 10-year-old dachshund to Mr. Tamjidi for a sore on her ear. Instead of following the previous vet’s treatment, he prescribed a lotion that made it worse—so much that part of her ear fell off. I had to go back to the original medication to heal it. Then, her eyes turned red. I told him she had a history of dry eye and needed prescription drops. Without proper tests, he said her eye was scratched—probably from branches. His medication made it worse, and her eye swelled shut. When I insisted on the dry-eye drops, they finally presc
