I had such a wonderful experience with Jeyran at The Lab Salon and Spa! She gave me an amazing long layered haircut that turned out exactly how I wanted. Jeyran was attentive and patient, she took the time to understand the look I was going for. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeyran to anyone looking for a talented stylist. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nataly at Lab Salon & Spa! She took her time (almost 2 hours) to give me the most perfect long layers. Nataly is incredibly sensible, patient, and attentive to what I wanted. I am so appreciative of her kindness and dedication to making sure my hair looked flawless. Hi ❤ I had the most amazing experience getting my balayage done with Leila at The Lab Salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and professional. Leila really took the time to understand what I wanted and shared her expert advice to make sure the color would suit my skin tone and lifestyle. Even though we had a few communication issues along the way, everything worked out in the end and my hair turned out really beautiful. The balayage looks natural, well blended, and bright without damaging my hair. You can tell she’s very skilled and genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you so much for the experience ☺

The environment was very clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were professional, experienced, respectful, and incredibly patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

I’d give a zero star if i could. I asked the counter if they accept walk-ins for nails and they said yes. They asked what I wanted and I said extensions. The woman sat me down and saw my nails were too short for extensions and that shellac is better. I said okay. She started filing my nails then said she had something to do real quick and will be back. I started browsing for nail designs and when she came back 5 minutes later, I showed her what I wanted. She said it’s not possible because my nails are too short. So I said let’s just do a manicure instead then. She said okay but that it’s not good because she already filed my nails. She asked me anyway to choose a different color from earlier. After applying the color, she had me put my hands in the dryer. Left me for 10 or so minutes. Then said I’m done. That’s it. No other treatment. I paid $45 afterwards. I feel that I overpaid too muc

I think she is good at what she does, but it is expensive. I paid 100 dollars for a haircut, and she took my hair without my permission.

I wish I could have given it no stars. I paid $45 for a simple manicure yesterday and this manicure didn't even have polish and I'm not satisfied at all because it wasn't even done well. I asked every other salon for the price for this manicure and it was twenty to twenty-five dollars. Please be fair in your work. I'm really sorry that you, our compatriots, are being so unfair.

I had a very disappointing experience. Today I told them I only wanted a simple manicure. During the service, the lady asked if I wanted nail polish or color, and I said no because I wanted just basic nail care. After I paid and left, they charged me $45 .At the time, I didn’t know the price was for a spa manicure, and I assumed the cost would match a basic one. Later, I asked other salons about spa manicure steps and pricing, and I also checked this salon’s prices on Instagram. That’s when I realized I was charged for a spa manicure, but the service I received was only nail shaping, a 1-minute warm water dip, and a small drop of oil at the end. There was no proper soak, scrub, mask, hot towel, or hand/arm massage, which are the main parts of a real spa manicure. My friends also warned me and said I shouldn’t go to this salon. They all say the same thing the salon only knows how to char

I had the worst experience of my life at this salon. They really don’t know what they’re doing, especially Leila, who did my service she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was awful, and she treated me with no respect at all. They also charged me a lot of money for a terrible job. You can find much better service and lower prices anywhere else. My son also got a haircut from Meysam, and honestly, I don’t think this guy even knows how to cut hair properly. I talked to the manager, Hamid, but he was just as rude and unprofessional as his wife. Please don’t waste your money or time here. These people are disrespectful, dishonest, and their prices are way too high for the poor quality they offer

Do not go here for a men’s haircut. I asked for one thing and Mesi Ruined my hair. He shaved it all off when I specifically told him to leave it long. It is a waste of $50. Do not go here if you care about your hair. I had to stop him mid cut and tell him it was short enough. Your hair dresser should know how to cut hair, but first and foremost should listen to the customer. His incompetence has made a couple important upcoming events for me just a little more difficult

I had an incredible experience with The Lab Salon! They are so accommodating and they treated me so nicely. I came here and requested to have a good hair color, and Layla recommended a baylage for my treatment. Layla is the best and she is very professional. She explained all the process and provided me good ways on how I will look good. I was really happy and thankful for what they have done for me. It boost my confidence and mede me really feel good! Visit the salon and look for Layla. 😌
