I visited this salon on April 19 for hand nail extensions (new set) with a manicure, a shellac pedicure, and refills on my big toes. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Before even seeing my nails to determine if it was necessary, Soheila told me over the phone that she could not perform the nail extensions and refills without first doing a manicure and pedicure. I still chose to book an appointment, expecting that once she saw my nails in person, she would acknowledge that these services were not necessary. During the in-person visit, although my nails clearly did not require either service, she insisted, and I felt pressured. I showed her my nails and clearly stated that a manicure and pedicure were not needed, as she could see. However, she did not clearly respond whether she would proceed without them, and instead, we moved on to other topics. I assumed at that point tha

After reading the reviews on Google, I decided to phone to book an appointment. This was on a Tuesday at around 2:00 pm. At first, no one answered and it went to automated voice message with no indication of the name of the salon. I called the number again and this time someone answered. The person who answered the phone just say 'Hello'... Again, no indication of the name of the salon when answering their phone. I asked how much they charged for acrylic nails, to which I was given a hesitant response. I then asked to book an appointment. The person I spoke with said that they were "busy with a client" in a very unfriendly tone and half-heartedly said that they would call me back. When I asked if they needed my name and telephone number, they said "no" and hung-up. 24 hours later, they still have never called me back. Very unprofessional. Based on this interaction...or lack o

The service was okay but doing my nails under the light was very painful they only use bio gel and I left with a set that was completely different from what I wanted, the nail shape some was wrong some were good, it took way too long for little effort and the nail designs I got they even managed to mess that up as well they can't do designs if it was to save thier lives, never coming back not worth the amount I paid
