I’ve had a 25 years old AC and I called them for a regular maintenance. They came an instead of forcing me to replace the unit. They try to clean it as they can and they checked everything and system is working now perfectly.

I called Temcare on a Friday night after 6 pm and the friendly voice who answered, booked an apointment for Saturday morning. Habib arrived on time and within a few mintutes he had discovered that my 15 year old unit needed a new capacitor. He replaced it with a new one and checked that everythng was working well. I could not be happier with the excellent service and the reasonable cost. I will be recommending Temcare to friends and family going forward.

I had a terrible experience with Tempcare. I called for a simple AC repair and they were 4 hours late with no call or update. The technician was in and out in 15 minutes, didn't really explain what was wrong, and charged me almost $400. My AC started making the same noise again just 2 days later. I tried calling them back to honor their service and got put on hold and then sent to voicemail multiple times. Very unprofessional and overpriced. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them.
