Had a great experience at Studio Dental @ Union Station! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Maham and Alia were excellent — they walked me through everything about my fillings and made the whole procedure comfortable. I ended up getting a couple of fillings done and felt well taken care of throughout. Dr. Shamini did a fantastic job with my standard cleaning and took the time to patiently explain healthy practices for maintaining good oral health, like proper flossing techniques. You could tell she genuinely cared about my dental health, not just the appointment itself. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for attentive, knowledgeable care.

Love this dental office! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are super gentle, and the admins explained everything clearly beforehand, which made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. The location is also very accessible. Would definitely recommend!

Today, on a Saturday, I visited this clinic for an urgent issue with a chipped upper tooth. Surprisingly, they accommodated me just before closing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The dentist offered me two options: either extract the chipped wisdom tooth or have it fixed. I appreciated the choice to either risk another chip or have the extraction done. At every step, I was informed about the price. The biggest surprise was realizing that this is a direct billing clinic. Thank you, team. You all are amazing!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a better dental clinic! Ireen has been incredibly helpful since the moment I walked in. She’s so welcoming, kind, and always has a solution to every problem. I had my appointment with Dr. Rava Kumar today, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit, and she’s genuinely amazing at what she does. The best part I didn’t feel any pain at all! I highly recommend this clinic and the wonderful team here. 🦷❤️

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. On multiple occasions, I have been given incorrect information regarding my out-of-pocket costs after insurance. The first time, I was quoted three different prices for the same visit, which was already frustrating and concerning. Unfortunately, it happened again today. Before proceeding with treatment, I specifically asked the receptionist not once, but twice, to confirm my coverage and whether there would be any balance owing. I was clearly told that everything was covered by my insurance. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with the procedures. An hour later, I received a call informing me that I actually owed a balance. Patients rely on the information provided by the office staff to make informed decisions about their care. Being told one thing and then billed differently afterward is unacceptable.

The same issue keeps happening. They advertise a $100 cleaning, but the charge somehow becomes $300. Sometimes they change the price on the spot, and other times they claim the $100 offer does not apply because I have insurance and say it should be $300 since I’m not paying out of pocket. For my recent wisdom teeth extraction, they charged my co-pay based on their requested amount, while my insurance only approved a lower amount. The billing process lacks transparency, and patients should not have to question why they are being charged differently.

Money gouging STUDIO dental. No care at all no consistency and full disclosure they only speak their own language. They sat you in the chair and leaves you for 40 minutes in the chair, alone and hearing them conversing not in English is rude!. The small lady in the front not so welcoming and she is always eating and the front desk are full of dust bunnies and crumbs, papers everywhere around her. Not a tidy front desk speaks volumes. She pretends all busy but talking in Arabic or other middle eastern languages. She is also watching the football game in her cell phone twice when I had the morning visit.

Six months after a hygiene visit, an appointment was automatically scheduled without my request. I got a notification for something I didn’t book and had no explanation for. I called to cancel and was told it’s automatic. Fine, but then don’t keep sending reminders after it’s cancelled. What crossed the line was the follow-up call from “Natalie.” I clearly explained I didn’t want or need the appointment. Instead of respecting that, I got a pushy and condescending lecture about how they “know better” and literally shamed me for cancelling, saying “we assume you don’t take your health seriously”. The tone was intrusive and dismissive. Patients should not be booked without consent, and their decisions should be respected without pressure.

I’ve been going to this Studio Dental since 2024 since it was convenient. Each time I’ve come here for a cleanup the hygienist were really nice and help me understand my teeth a little bit better. Unfortunately though I haven’t been able to stay consistent with just one dentist as they’ve changed them quite frequently. The reception staff have been inconsistent—sometimes helpful, but often difficult to deal with. I have experienced situations where my appointment was rescheduled without first calling to confirm whether the change was acceptable. Most recently, and most frustratingly, I was contacted on the day of my appointment and asked to reschedule my wisdom tooth removal to a few days later. During that call, the receptionist also questioned the reason for my visit. This situation was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, as I cannot continue taking additional time off work due
