I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Armina Najafi at Springhill Dental, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Najafi was incredibly professional, gentle, and caring. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and the procedure went much smoother than I expected. I also want to thank the amazing front desk team, especially Atoosa and Sahar. They are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and a smile. This place is the best place to get checkups, cleaning and fillings especially. With the kind staff and the Doctor herself they have been the kindest staff ever. They have done amazing job cleaning my teeth, fillings and all that. I love this place and I will always come here to get cleanings and fillings.

My experience here has been nothing but lovely. From the beginning Atoosa made sure my insurance information is taken care of over the phone before I arrived for my appointment so everything went smooth and easy! I went for my first dental cleaning with Masih today and she couldn’t have been more caring and attentive. She knew it was my first appointment for cleaning so she made sure to explain every step and asked if I had any areas of concern. I definitely recommend asking for her if you can! :) Thank you for a wonderful experience and will be back soon!

I recently visited Dr. Armina Najafi’s office for a simple cleaning, and unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. After the cleaning, I noticed a tiny spot behind my tooth where my gum would slightly recede, making it visible. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was noticeable enough to bother me. I went back to Dr. Najafi to ask if it could be fixed. She suggested filling it in, but never informed me that the filling would actually be placed on the tooth itself. Had I known, I would have never agreed to it, since my tooth was perfectly fine before. Without confirming with me or making sure I was okay with the procedure, she went ahead and applied the material and set it with UV light. The result was that the shape of my tooth changed, and it left me with a gum issue that now requires surgical correction. I had to see another dentist to fix the damage, and while

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Najafi for over 14 years, and until now, I have always had good experience with her ( and honestly not always with her staff) However, my recent visit was an absolute disaster!!!! I had a 5 p.m. appointment, confirmed well in advance on June 6th, yet the office tried to cancel or reschedule without properly notifying me a day before my appointment. They called me briefly the night before, giving me an unreasonable half-hour window to respond and mentioned thats they have another opening if I would like to reschedule! When I didn’t reply in time (due to not even seeing their message within that half an hour window) I still drove in today only to be told( by a very rude and unprofessional staff called sahar) very unprofessional and disrespectful that the doctor had left. They offered no proper explanation, and I was left feeling completely disrespected

This is just my personal experience and how I genuinely felt while becoming familiar with this office. I’m sharing it because I would want people to know what I noticed before choosing a dental clinic. To be completely honest, the environment here never felt calm, consistent, or professional to me. A lot of the interactions I witnessed between the dentist and staff felt tense, loud, or really uncomfortable. There were moments where the behaviour came off as intimidating, and it created an atmosphere where people always seemed stressed. I also personally witnessed a disagreement where physical contact happened, and it really shocked me especially because the staff member involved was pregnant. I also saw interactions with a Muslim staff member that felt insensitive to me, and it added to the overall uncomfortable vibe. She left shortly after, which made me even more uneasy. Clinically,

Easily the worst dental clinic in the entire GTA. I've never dealt with a place this unprofessional and careless. I went for a cleaning and they didn't even do the job properly. They told me to come back in a week, and when I did, they forced another payment out of me for something that should've been fixed the first time. I spoke to Dr. Najafi, who clearly said the next visit would be FREE, but when I returned, they charged me again like the conversation never happened. Their diagnosis was completely off, and the dental work they did actually made my tooth worse. The exact same thing happened to my sister - two people, two bad outcomes. If your teeth matter to you even a little, stay far away from this clinic.

never would recommend this place to anyone that is planning on going. Dr. Najafi filled in a couple of my teeth about 2 years ago and they still haunt me to this day and her fillings were so bad that when i went to another dentist they started laughing. she does not care about her work at all and she doesn’t care how she is treating the patient. my family members also went there and we all had very bad experiences. Dr. Najafi pulled out one of my family members teeth without numbing it and when we asked her why she said “cuz it wouldn’t numb”. There are much better dentists anyone could go to and I do not advise anyone to spend money at that clinic.
