I had a wonderful experience at Sol Café & Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the music creates the perfect vibe. What I loved most is that it’s a safe and comfortable place for everyone. Whether you’re spending time with your family or meeting friends, it’s an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience!

I celebrated my birthday in the VIP section at Sol Café this Saturday, and it was such a special evening. Everything was beautifully organized, from the service and food to the cake and DJ. All of my guests had a great time and loved the experience. A special thank you to Mr. Parham for taking such great care of us and making sure everything went smoothly. I truly recommend this experience, especially for a birthday or special celebration!

The food, service, atmosphere, and location are all very good. I genuinely enjoyed those parts of the experience. But there are two major things that seriously need to change. First, the service charge and tipping. If you are already automatically adding a service charge to the bill, you should not also make customers feel like they are expected to leave another tip on top of it. Either charge the service fee or expect a tip — doing both doesn’t leave a good impression. Second, and most importantly, the SHISHA. This was easily the weakest part of the experience. Whoever is preparing the shisha really needs to improve the way it’s being made. The amount of tobacco/flavour in the head is extremely small — not even close to what most proper shisha lounges use. On top of that, you’re only using two charcoals, so it takes around 15 minutes just to properly get going, and even after that, it

I’m truly grateful to the management and staff at sol Café. Every time I visit sol with my guests, we are always welcomed with genuine respect, kindness, and professionalism. The service is consistently wonderful, and they always make my guests and me feel very comfortable and valued. Thank you to the entire team for always making our visits so enjoyable. I’m surprised this place is still in business! The one star is only for the atmosphere and the dj the service and the staff gets absolute 0 Presentation of the food is absolutely unacceptable no napkins came with the food 10$ for a cup of tea and it comes with a wooden stir stick The utensils are overflowing as it’s visible in the picture The server was tryna charge me 5$ for tab water Place was overbooked we had a reservation and when our guests came our table didn’t have enough seats and when we asked for more seats they just told us to seat on the sofa handle!!! I visited Sol Café & Lounge on January 2nd and initially had no issue with the 20% service fee, which was clearly stated on the menu. However, on the final bill, this charge was not listed as a service fee. Instead, it appeared as “Gratuity,” which is a different category with different reporting implications. I left a review noting this discrepancy because I believe customers should be billed according to what is presented on the menu. The following day, I received a call from Tara, an employee who had served our table. She asked questions about my review, and when I asked how my phone number had been obtained—since I had never provided it to the restaurant—I was told it was found through my public Instagram profile. Last night was the first time I came to Soul Café. We had to wait outside for about 40 minutes because, when I called, the reservation was full. They told us we could sit by the bar, but since I had no idea about the space, I didn’t know it was so small. Anyway, after we waited those 40 minutes, we went inside. The manager’s behavior was extremely, extremely rude. Instead of being welcoming, the first thing he did was criticize us like a school principal, asking why we weren’t wearing a dress code. Usually, first-time guests have no idea about this, and it could be told in a very polite and professional way. But their behavior was not professional at all. And so, my friends and I, about six of us, ended up being asked to leave in a really bad way. I would’ve given zero stars, but now I have no choice but to give one. ⭐️ 1/5 The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. They did not seem interested in helping customers and their attitude was very unprofessional. Good customer service is very important, and unfortunately, this café did not provide that. I definitely will not be coming back.

I visited this café over the weekend, and everything was excellent. The management was friendly and professional, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this place. They have great hookahs, live dancers, and plenty of entertainment. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a fun and enjoyable experience.
