I had an excellent experience with this clinic from start to finish. I already had my lab results showing low iron levels, but I wasn’t familiar with the iron infusion process. The team made everything incredibly easy. They connected me with a knowledgeable doctor who thoroughly assessed my situation and was able to provide the prescription I needed right away, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I came in for my infusion, Mina took care of me and was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, kind, and very skilled. She inserted the IV quickly and comfortably, and throughout the infusion she regularly checked in to make sure I was feeling okay and comfortable. Great experience at Shemirani Clinic! I came here for an iron infusion, and the service was wonderful. Later, when I fell ill and faced waiting 7-8 hours at a hospital just for a simple IV drip, I easily booked a quick appointment with Mrs. Shemirani. She administered a strengthening IV drip that helped me recover and feel better much faster. I am very satisfied with their services and truly appreciate her care!

I had visited Dr. Shemirani Beauty Clinic about 4 months ago due to hair loss and two coin-sized bald patches. Dr. Shemirani quickly identified it as alopecia and started the treatment. After 3 sessions of PRP 💉 combined with mesotherapy and Kenalog, I’m extremely happy to say that the patches are no longer visible! I’m genuinely pleased with the results and grateful for the treatment and care I’ve received. As a precautionary measure, I’ve now returned for my 4th session 💉✨🙆🏻, 40 days after my previous session, to help maintain the progress. Very disappointed with our experience. My mother and sister both received Botox treatments at this clinic, and unfortunately, neither was happy with the results. Their eyebrows looked lower and felt much heavier afterward. We were also uncomfortable with the way the injections were performed. From our experience, the injector seemed rushed and we did not feel that enough care and attention were being taken during the Botox and filler injections. When we raised our concerns, we were advised to use warm compresses and massage. Overall, we are very disappointed with both the results and the way our concerns were handled. UPDATE – In response to the clinic: I never demanded a refund. I contacted you because my mother experienced noticeable eyelid drooping and heaviness after her Botox treatment, and I sent you photos showing my concerns. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I chose them specifically because they use a Candela machine and I trusted the quality associated with it. During my treatments, my skin was burned and the results were poor, despite spending a significant amount of money. To understand what went wrong, I visited two other clinics for consultations. Both professionals told me that the energy levels used on my arms and face were too low to be effective, and that the burning I experienced was due to poor technique—not the machine itself. When I brought this to Mina’s attention, instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, I was told to go to the other clinics for my treatment. Very bad experience. My phone was taken and a 5-star review was posted without my consent. The person who did my Botox, Mina Shemirani, also made an offensive comment about refugees in front of other people at the clinic entrance. I am not satisfied with the treatment and my face looks uneven afterward. I would not recommend this clinic. I stand by my review. During my last visit, Mina Shemirani, who performed my Botox, told me "go away, you poor refugee," which is offensive and unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I came in for Botox for both my forehead and eye area. While my forehead results turned out okay, my under-eye area showed no improvement at all even after 3 weeks. What’s more concerning is how unprofessional the entire process was. No proper explanation was given before the procedure — no details about what was being injected, possible outcomes, or aftercare. I even had to ask for the price myself, which should have been clearly explained upfront. I was told I could come back within 2–4 weeks if needed. When I returned after 3 weeks to address the lack of results, the staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. She repeatedly said “I can’t explain” and walked away from me mid-conversation.
