Sarenakh Cafe

This place is amazing. They have a great selection of games for any number of players. The staff is super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a great selection of beverages and food as well. It’s a good opportunity to meet people who are into the same game as you.

Very friendly and welcoming cafe. The owners and the staff are very cool. There are differant veriety of games and they help you understand each one. It is obvious that they love doing it.

I and my family used to visit this café a few times and supported it when it first opened. Unfortunately, our experiences were not very positive — some interactions didn’t feel respectful or professional, so we chose not to return. We truly hope the new management has improved things and created a respectful and more welcoming environment for everyone.

The atmosphere of the establishment is very inviting and conducive to social interaction. The selection of games caters to a diverse range of preferences, ensuring there is something for everyone. Gathering with friends at this locale offers a great chance to disconnect from screens and enjoy quality time. Overall, this is an excellent spot for anyone looking for entertainment and companionship. It's an ideal destination to spend an afternoon.

This cafe is what north american cities need: a social place that's not a bar! In terms of the management, they constantly refine their system. Every time we go, something has improved since the last time.

I like it. It’s so cozy and enjoyable.

This is the perfect place for you and your friends if you're feeling bored. There's an abundance of entertainment and games to enjoy. The delightful couple managing the establishment is truly remarkable and adds to the overall charm of the place ! A wide variety of games awaits you, ranging from Mafia and PS5 to foosball, backgammon, and chess. They also provide all different types of classes.

I had a fantastic experience at Sarenakh Game Club, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most enjoyable and well-run places to spend time with friends in the area. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm-hearted. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. They were always nearby to help, explain the games, make recommendations, or check if we needed anything, yet never in an intrusive way. Their positive attitude and professionalism really elevate the whole experience. The service was excellent — fast, organized, and thoughtful. Everything was handled smoothly, which made it easy for us to relax and just enjoy our time. The food was very good as well: fresh, tasty, and perfect for sharing while playing games. It’s clear they put effort into both quality and presentation, which is not always the case in game clubs. As for the main attract

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Sarenakh cafe. Most of the people who come here are part of a small, long-standing group who know each other well. They tend to mock or belittle newcomers, especially during the Mafia game nights, making the environment very unwelcoming. Sadly, the café owner does nothing to manage the situation or ensure a respectful atmosphere and tend to make the situation worse. This was not my first time and been happening few times when I visit. It’s a highly toxic environment, and I do not recommend it for anyone looking for a genuine, enjoyable game night or cafe experience.

JUST WAISTING MONEY. Instead of respecting customers, they only think to empty your wallet. Very poor customer service. They only think about themselves. Two of my friends and I were there tonight. Instead of welcoming the customers, they just wanted us to leave so they could play their own games. We needed one player for our game. Not many volunteers were there to play with us. Like they were forced by the workers to play with us. They actually didn't want to play. Not much welcoming. DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Absolutely terrible experience! The customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered. My friends and I went there tonight, and it felt like we were a complete inconvenience to the staff. We waited around forever for any assistance, and when someone finally came, they were far from welcoming. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that outsiders aren't welcome here – everyone just stared at us, making the whole place feel tense and unfriendly. Save your money, because this place only cares about themselves, not their customers. I will never go back, and I can't recommend it to anyone.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Awful customer service. A few of my friends and i were there tonight. Very poor customer services. We waited for 10 min they didn’t show up. After they did they weren’t welcoming at all. We entered the room everyone weirdly looked at us. We sat and it was very awkward and uncomfortable. Just had a very bad experience being there. The place is full of ANXIETY. Everyone knew each other from before and no one was welcoming to us because we were strangers. They didn’t even try to make us feel comfortable. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Prepare to be financially ambushed as they shamelessly drain your wallet for subpar services. If you enjoy the thrill of being swindled, this is the place for you. Never stepping foot in that whole area ever again. Definitely dissatisfied with the experience.

Amazing atmosphere, Amazing food, Amazing staff, Big collection of games.

Worst experience this place is unsanitary and a waste of money.

The people in the business are very accomodating and down to earth people.
