Excellent service and highly recommended! We’ve had a great experience with Andy and Saba Pest Control. They first came out early in the summer to inspect our backyard and assess our pest-control needs, and they did the initial inspection free of charge. Later, when we started having an issue with raccoons leaving droppings on our deck, Andy came back to remove the droppings and spray around our deck and backyard as a preventative measure. The treatment worked really well and kept the raccoons away from our deck for quite a while. After we had a lot of rain and the problem eventually returned, I contacted Andy again. He was very responsive and came back to remove the droppings and respray the area. When we needed another follow-up, he came back again and didn’t charge us for that visit. We had a great experience with our pest control technician, mr Ebrahimpour. He came out to inspect the holes in our yard and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. Instead of immediately trying to sell us a service, he honestly explained that the damage was most likely caused by raccoons rather than voles. What impressed me most was his honesty, professionalism, and respectfulness. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and didn’t charge us anything for his visit. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely wants to help and provides honest advice rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. I can't recommend Andy and his team highly enough. I was dealing with a yellow jacket nest hidden in the void beneath my home's soffits and was extremely anxious. When I first reached out, Andy had me text him a few photos and immediately identified exactly what we were dealing with. He patiently listened to my concerns, reassured me the problem could be resolved, and put my mind at ease. True to his word, he arrived the very next day with his technician. We were seeing 5-6 wasps per day near our kitchen window and couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. Thankfully we reached out and was able to have someone come in to investigate the same day! He then applied a powder a few days later and thankfully no more wasps after 4 days! I’m really happy with the service and the price.

Saba Company is a number one company in pest control. I have worked with other companies over the years, but Saba is very responsible, helpful, and fair. And he guarantees to eradicate insects. And I have experienced this for my own home and my friends. Leave the control of insects and pests to him, he will eradicate them in a short time.

I had Hassan do bed bug extermination in a rental condo downtown Toronto, he charged $400. After the initial treatment on Dec 20th, we waited until Jan 6th before doing the second treatment (Just to be certain that the bed bugs are exterminated). Prior to starting the second treatment, Hassan had mentioned there were still bed bugs left, which means the first treatment did not work and that the second treatment will do the job. After the second treatment, I had the condo professionally deep cleaned and replaced all bedding, pillows, duvets, and linens (Around $425). On Feb 19, the new tenant reported bed bugs AGAIN, which means the second treatment also did NOT work and that everything is infested once again. Upon contacting Hassan, he had all sorts of excuses and by the end of the conversation, he had blamed the new tenant for being dirty (she was not, the condo is pristine and impecc
