a week ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Venus Daliri for her kindness, compassion, and genuine care during my visit to this walk-in clinic. She was thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen, ask questions, and carefully assess my health. As a senior, I especially appreciate her patience, professionalism, and respectful approach. Despite how busy the clinic was, I never felt rushed and received the care and attention I needed. Thank you, Dr. Daliri, for your dedication and compassionate care. It is truly appreciated!

2 months agoI noticed some negative comments, and I have to admit I hesitated at first about trying this place, especially since I’m not Persian. But based on my own experiences, I can honestly say that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve visited with my son, my husband, and for myself for both urgent concerns and regular checkups and every time, the experience has been pleasant, warm, calming, and professional. I’ve seen three different doctors so far, and all of them have been incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. Even when my son had a small nosebleed, the doctor took it seriously and made sure we felt heard and cared for. The clinic is also very clean and never feels overly crowded. What impressed me most was the follow-up care. After years of seeing my family doctor, I honestly can’t remember ever receiving this level of proactive follow-up. Here, I was able to get the te

a month agoThis clinic is absolutely wonderful—the atmosphere is incredibly calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The reception and administrative staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and make every interaction smooth and easy. I see Dr. Mojtaba Dabbaghmanesh, and I cannot recommend him highly enough; he is remarkably professional, genuinely kind, and provides truly top-tier care.

5 hours agoThe receptionist was great, but the doctor was not good at all. I explained my problem to Dr. Mehrshad Mohamed and she didn’t even know what to do (very basic problem), so she consulted another doctor on duty. Then she prescribed me the medication which was prescribed incorrectly as per my trusted compounding pharmacy. When I called them back the receptionist tells me that she is not coming in today and cannot change the prescription. Now I’m am suffering in pain and I’m asked to see another doctor. They refuse to prescribe me medication until the swab results are not in and they have not even sent the swab for lab testing. They said it will take another 2-3 days for the results. Ridiculous clinic!! Don’t recommend at all!!

a week agoThe clinic gives preference to Persian patients. At first I thought they were just busy but after several visits ( chronic condition that requires injections) it became evident that Persian patients get priority . If you are not Persian be prepared to wait HOURS!!!

Edited a week agoStay away from this clinic! Extremely Disappointing Experience My father is a visitor without OHIP who is unable to return to Iran due to the ongoing situation there. We went to this clinic as walk-in patients on Saturday because he wanted routine annual checkup blood tests. We paid $130 for a five-minute consultation. When I called to request that his blood test results be emailed to him, I was told that their policy did not allow them to email results due to confidentiality concerns!!! and that I had to come in person. When I returned today to request a copy of his blood test results, I was told we had to pay another $130 for a new consultation. I explained that LifeLabs itself is provides patients with free online access to their lab results, so the confidentiality excuse makes no sense. If sharing results with patients were a confidentiality issue, LifeLabs would not provide this a

Edited 5 months agoI had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I went in for a strep test, and from the start, the visit felt rushed and unprofessional. My time with the doctor was brief, and I didn’t feel properly attended to or reassured. What really stood out was the lack of communication afterward. I wasn’t contacted about my results until five days later, and even then, I was told I couldn’t receive them unless I booked another appointment for the following week. That’s not reasonable, especially when dealing with something related to your health. The interaction with the receptionist made things worse. She was rude and unprofessional, and at one point told me that “it was serious,” despite not actually knowing my results. That kind of comment is inappropriate and unnecessarily alarming. When I said I didn’t want to book another appointment just to get my results, she hung up on me. Overall,

6 months agoExtremely poor experience at this clinic!!! From the start, the level of care and professionalism was unacceptable. During my physical exam, basic measurements like weight, height, and blood pressure were taken but never explained or shared. I was weighed fully clothed with shoes and a jacket, which raises serious concerns about accuracy and attention to detail. Communication throughout the visit was inadequate. At times, the doctor and staff spoke among themselves in another language without including or informing me, leaving me unclear about my own health assessment. When I raised concerns about back pain and requested a physiotherapy referral, I was dismissed and told to “just go for a massage,” without any proper evaluation or discussion. The most serious issue was with my lab results. I was given outdated results from 2024 instead of my current results and relied on this incorrec

5 months agoI went to this walk in clinic for a blood test since my family doctor was not available. However when blood test results were available, I did not get a call, instead I had to call in to check. I was asked to go in to review the results as results can’t be discussed over the phone. I go in and the doctor completely misinterprets my results, telling me the complete opposite and asks if I want a printed copy still (something I had asked for). I got the printed copy and it didn’t align with what he said at all so I went to another walk in to get another doctor to interpret the results and in fact the doctor here was incorrect. I will never be returning and caution people not to go here. Doctor name: M. MOHAJER IRAVANLOU

a year agoI had an appointment with Dr. Sogoal Kachouee on October 10th at 11:15am. I checked in at 10:50am, a full 25 minutes early because I’ve been dealing with severe neck pain and had been waiting over a month for this appointment. I even arranged time off work by the hour just to be able to see her. Dr. Kachouee finished with her previous patient at 11:20, but instead of calling me into the room, she chose to stand outside chatting with another doctor for almost 20 minutes. The funny part is I could actually see her standing in the corridor and talking! Meanwhile, I was left sitting in pain, waiting. When I asked the receptionist why I was still waiting while she was clearly available, I was told she was “consulting with another doctor about a patient.” But why couldn’t this consultation wait until after patients had been seen? This kind of disregard for scheduled appointments is unaccepta

Edited 2 weeks agoReceptionist are respectful and polite. The location is good and it is clean inside. But the care there deserves a 3/5 for sure. I only go there when I absolutely need to. I had a test done and they didn't even call me about the results. It's good I have a family doctor but I can't just see her the same day. I was in alot of pain that day and still am. The female doctors there are really good, professional. But I only had not very nice encounter with the male who's working there. Felt dismissed and like rushed each time. This does happen at most walk in clinics though Edit: They never even called me about my results. Even 2 weeks after.
