Reza Azizsoltani

Mr,Reza AzizSoltani is a professional accountant. I’ve been giving him my accounting and tax work for about 3 years and I’m very satisfied with his service. He handles everything accurately every year and is very responsive—usually replying to emails within 10 minutes and answering calls as well. He is friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him. Also, special thanks to his strong and supportive team for their great work.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. Despite clearly explaining my situation in writing, my emails were not reviewed carefully. I was repeatedly asked for documents that I had already clearly stated I did not have, and the manner in which these requests were made was unprofessional and discourteous. This lack of attention and professionalism caused avoidable confusion and delays. Instead of helping to clarify misunderstandings, the attitude felt defensive, and I was blamed for delays that resulted from poor communication and lack of guidance on their part. I expected professional direction and clear explanations, not to be left figuring things out on my own. I had a consultation with Reza Azizsoltani regarding chartered accountancy in Toronto, and I must say I was really impressed. He patiently spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, and provided very detailed and accurate information. What stood out to me the most was that after giving me all the guidance I needed, he left the decision completely up to me without any pressure. I really appreciate the professionalism, patience, and honesty, and I truly thank him for his time and support.

As a newcomer I was so lucky to find him as my Accouter , so relieved with my Tax matters ; He’s fast & reachable, highly recommended.

Spoke with Reza Azizsoltani today. I was calling in to inquire about their services and whether i can rely on them for both my personal and my business accounting needs. The initial greeting was extremely rude and disrespectful! Not sure if he was having a bad day but he didn’t even allow me to talk and tell him why I was calling, started of by saying he has only 2 minutes and that he doesn’t have time to answer questions, didn’t even let me speak, he kept interrupting me, very aggressive and rude tone through out the entire call! I was well prepared to pay for his time and invest into his services for all my accounting needs given the good reviews, however due to the rude introduction and lack of manners i’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Not recommending this place to anyone who values self respect and customer service.
