Excellent and Caring Service I had a wonderful experience with my osteopath Alireza Saadati. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. He was warm, friendly, and took the time to use different techniques to help relieve my knee pain. He spent a full hour with me and was very attentive throughout the session. His assistant was also incredibly patient and helpful. She carefully showed me the appropriate exercises and practiced them with me, making sure I understood how to do them correctly. When I got home, I genuinely felt great—almost as if I had become several years younger! My knee felt stronger and more comfortable. I truly appreciate the care, time, and attention they gave me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

Last year I had 2 physiotherapy sessions. I wasn’t satisfied, so I told them I didn’t wanna continue, but without my consent and aware they charged my insurance.

One person may provide service to 5 people at the same time! And practically may only spend 10-15 minutes of an hour for you! They were in rush and below standard in my second and last visit

Unprofessional Customer Service and unprofessional management This is my second visit to this place, primarily because I follow Darya, who is an exceptional massage therapist. I’ve dealt with her at another location, and her work has always been outstanding. I even went ahead and booked seven appointments for January because of her. I just cancel all Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is very disappointing. The front desk staff seems indifferent to customer concerns. Additionally, this place is overpriced compared to others. They charged my insurance but insisted I pay an extra $46 out-of-pocket, whereas other places only charge an extra $20. During my previous visit, the owner approved a resolution for a similar issue. However, this time, when I raised the concern with the desk staff, they refused to address it. Even after calling the owner, his response was simply “

I don’t stand any verbal threatened as a patient by any Dr that has anger management issues, Dr ALI isn’t allowed to behave like this toward patients.
