10 months agoWe visited Rayhon Kebab for the first time with my son and had a very nice overall experience. We ordered the koobideh and Tahdig with stew. The koobideh was well-seasoned, juicy, and freshly made, with good portions. The tahdig was nicely crispy and paired well with the stew, which was rich, comforting, and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot, and while the food was definitely above average, there’s still a bit of room for refinement to make it even better. What truly set this place apart was the customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a very warm, welcoming attitude. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and attentive, especially with my son, which we really appreciated. They took the time to check in on us and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal without being intrusive. The place is really small

2 months agoPlaced a large takeout order with Mohammad. And spoke to another pleasant lady on the phone who was very accommodating for a last second addition. The quality of food and sides was fantastic. They were generous with portions and went above and beyond with multiple items. Thank you for the great food and hospitality. Our family appreciates it. Merci!

Edited a month agoThis is a place where you pick up the best kebab and Persian food then enjoy. The people are lovely and the food is top notch. We actually order 20-30 skewers of kebab kobideh to take home and freeze every time we are visiting our parents in Richmond Hill. Take it out of the freezer, warm it up, and make sandwiches to die for. Aug 2026 update. As great as always. We come back every time to ours joy. Thank you so much.

a year agoa nice, small takeout spot offering a good taste of Persian cuisine. The staff was super friendly, polite, and welcoming — the gentleman working there even helped me carry my food to the car, which was a really nice touch. The food was tasty and fairly priced, though there’s still room for improvement in quality. Overall, a great experience and worth trying!

3 months agoOrdered from Rayhon Kabob today. I spoke to Hassan over the phone... lovely phone etiquette. And both Hassan and Mohammed were very kind in person when I picked up. The food was nice and hot and the serving size was very generous. The soup and rice with koobideh was just perfect. Will be back soon!!!

a month agoOne of the cashiers (young lady) at this store is extremely loud and constantly shouting. She even yells from the front of the store so that the kitchen staff can hear her. Her behaviour is very unprofessional and inappropriate. Please provide proper training to your employees.

9 months agoI had a very bad experience with this catering/kitchen. I went out to buy Koobideh and Joojeh. First, I went to Hiva Restaurant and saw Koobideh was $20.99, so I thought it was too expensive. Then I went to Reyhoon Kebab and saw Koobideh was $17.99, so I thought it would be a better option. However, when I paid, they told me I could only choose either a salad or a soft drink. I had to pick the salad and pay extra for the drink. I previously had a great experience with Shamshiri Restaurant, and honestly, it was a big mistake to go to Reyhoon Kebab that day. The food quality was very poor, and both the Koobideh and Joojeh were noticeably smaller and lower quality compared to Shamshiri. Shamshiri provides both salad and a soft drink, and overall their package is more complete, tastier, and more worth the price. The staff at Reyhoon Kebab were polite and respectful, just like Shamshiri, b

10 months agoI visited Reyhaneh kebab in Richmond Hill to buy kebab for my kids, who only enjoy Kobideh and not anything else. When I got home , I discovered that the food was chicken instead of kobideh. Upon contacting the restaurant, they offered to replace it, but I had to return in very cold and snowy weather, causing significant delay and inconvenience. While I understand that mistakes can happen for any businesses but my main concern is that the restaurant asked me to return food, which raises questions about professionalism and food safety. A reputable restaurant should not ask customers to bring back opened food, as it can lead to potential reuse, which is not acceptable. I want to make it clear that my intention is to highlight the importance of proper food safety practices. I hope the restaurant can consider this feedback and improve their approach in the future.

11 months agoI tried to place an order from Rayhon Kebab (Richmond Hill), but the staff at the counter was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. They clearly have no idea how to treat customers. It was truly disappointing to encounter such behavior. I will never return to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service quality is zero. If you want kebabs in Richmond Hill, spend your time and money somewhere more respectful.

5 years agoNot worth the price. $13 for just a chicken, plain rice and a tomato. Not even a sauce or salad on top. Definitely not visiting again.
