Locks they use on their chains break up easy after only a few times of wear, luckily noticed it before losing the chain. Took it in for a repair and I was charged over 100 dollars for the repairs cause “ they had to change the lock mechanism “ Would not recommend spending your money here at this shop. rude and unprofessional behaviour 👎🏻 They are so nice when accepting your money though lol Keep in mind, I was not a first time buyer. But that was definitely the last time we spend our money here. They also charged extra 3% on top of everything. When I mentioned Im not using a credit card, they said “ its the machine fee” 😂 So We paid 120 for clasp exchange, plus HST plus another 3% “machine fee” ( which later on was realized its illegal in the province of ontario unless its a credit card swipe which was NOT the case here) AND … they kindly rounded everything up to 140 dollars. We had a very frustrating experience at this jewelry store, and the biggest issue wasn’t just the pricing—it was the attitude and the way we were treated as customers. From the start, their prices were clearly higher than nearby shops, but instead of being upfront and professional about it, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The way they spoke to us and handled our questions did not feel customer-focused at all. On top of that, the pricing was inconsistent. The owner’s daughter gave us one (lower) price, and later the son quoted a higher price for the exact same item. When we asked about it, they said it was because she had given a “discount,” even though we never asked for one. The customer service was very unprofessional, being impolitely direct about enforcing their jewelry policy, even for items bought just days earlier. After years as customers, it was my first time trying to exchange a purchase from about a week ago. My daughter-in-law bought her wedding jewelry set from them. Despite showing the receipt and mentioning our loyalty, the young salesperson refused an exchange for a different necklace. Basic customer service principles seemed unimportant to them. Their approach seemed to be, "Today, and this piece you are paying for, forever and ever."

Be cautious when dealing with this shop. The owner and his daughter misrepresented the quality of their gold, and after doing our research, we found that similar quality gold was available at much lower prices in nearby stores. We left feeling misled and extremely disappointed with our experience.

Very rude client service with stupid policies and high prices.
