Absolutely disgraceful, incompetent, and abusive clinic! Avoid at all costs! I contacted this clinic in severe pain, urgently needing physiotherapy. They explicitly assured me that my insurance would be fully covered and instructed me not to go anywhere else. Relying on their professional word, I waited for 10 straight days while my physical pain worsened, only to have my critical time completely wasted. After 10 days of agony, they casually turned around and told me they "made a mistake" and wouldn't accept my insurance. When I rightfully tried to hold them accountable for their massive blunder and the delay in my treatment, the staff responded with shocking hostility and utter insolence. Instead of apologizing, they were incredibly rude, spoke to me with disgusting disrespect, and vulgarly hung up the phone in my face! This is not a professional healthcare center; it is a chaotic place

I had a great experience with staff and specially Sahar during my physiotherapy sessions for my lower back pain. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She took the time to understand my condition and made sure everything was done properly. I’m very happy with the treatment I received and truly appreciate her help. Highly recommend her!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! About two years ago, my husband and I visited this center. My husband has severe disc issues and knee problems, and he had previous surgeries. Due to his work in construction, our family doctor prescribed a back brace and knee brace and referred us to this center. During that time, my husband was also attending physiotherapy sessions at this center. Despite this, when we got the necessary approval for the prescribed products, they suddenly claimed that our insurance was “disconnected”! They kept us waiting for months until after January, and by then, our insurance had expired. At that point, they casually told us they could no longer provide the products because our insurance no longer covered them! Despite many follow-ups, they were completely unresponsive. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Physio Health Care with Dr. Afshar. His behavior was shockingly rude and disrespectful, which made the entire experience deeply unpleasant. Unfortunately, he showed no regard for my time as a patient, with significant delays and a lack of professionalism. What was most upsetting was Dr. Afshar’s consistently rude and arrogant attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected throughout the session. Instead of providing a supportive and professional environment, I encountered behavior that was unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, after over 20 minutes of delay, the session itself lasted only 10 minutes, yet they charged me for a full hour of treatment. Hello everyone I had accident 8 months ago I started phisitraphy other places for 2 months is not helping me my doctor send me to pain clinic for ketamine infusion because all my body muscles and nerves damage after five months again send me for phisitraphy I came to phisitraphy health clinic for assessment and I started treatment I did only 1basic treatment I'm not happy event doctor Dose nt know what is the ketamine infusion treatment I feel every body there show off and it is more like Theater 🎥 Not enough experience for serious injuries Good luck 👍 Thanks for reading my massage 🙏

من واقعا تجربه بدی رو داشتم و اصلا پیشنهاد نمیکنم به کسی اینجا رو .قرار بوداز طریق بیمه برای من و همسرم کمر بند و جوراب بگیرن و یک ماه ما رو سرکار گذاشتن و به ما ندادن و من به جای دیگه مراجع کردم و به ما گفتن در فیزیوتراپی قبلی این لوازم برای شما گرفته شده و به شما تحویل ندادن و من تماس گرفتم با ایدا خانوم ولی ایشان تماس من را رد کرد
