Pedram was my listing agent for the recent sale of my downtown Toronto condo and was able to work wonders! After an informative initial meeting, he laid out the process in very clear terms and provided clear options along with the pros and cons for each. Utilizing his non-pushy advice, we prepped, staged, and listed my place quickly. After just a few days on the market I had multiple offers in hand. Pedram was a great communicator along the way and made the process a simple and pressure-free as possible. He took me through the process from preparation through close of escrow in less than 7 weeks. Thanks to his knowledgeable advice about the

I had the pleasure of working with Pedram to secure a rental, and I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication. Pedram went above and beyond, successfully convincing a strict landlord to rent the place to me. His commitment to helping me settle down made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Pedram for his excellent service and genuine care for his clients.

I returned to Toronto after 12 years and Pedram helped me rent an apartment in a condo that perfectly matched my reuirements. With 20 years of experience, he supports his clients more as an advisor than a simple agent, taking into account every details of their needs, preferences and requiements. At times he kept me from making quick decisions and encouraged me to be patient and visit more units. He is very professional, persistent and passionate about what he is doing. I highly recommend him if you are planning to rent, buy or invest in properties in Toronto.

Pedram Salehi is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for someone reliable and dedicated in real estate, Pedram is your guy!
