Highly recommend Parsa Dry Cleaners! A huge thank you to the owner and to Nilofar Joon for going above and beyond to help us. I called just before closing the night before with an emergency involving a bridal dress and veil that needed to be worked on. They changed their plans and made themselves available at 9 a.m. the next morning, and had everything ready within an hour. The quality was excellent, the service was warm and welcoming, and they were on top of every detail. Thank you for truly saving the day!

I thought my husbands beautiful suit was ruined. Let’s just say he had a bit of an accident with 🍷 🤮 and stained the sleeve pretty bad. It didn’t look like it was going to come out. It’s a beautiful blue, shade which sadly doesn’t come up in the images, and I thought it was a gonner. I brought it to Parsa Dry Cleaning the very next day, and all I can say is Wow!! We wanted to clean our blanket and they had it ready faster than other shops we looked at. They were all very friendly and they clean it in store as they have the machines there. Had a very poor experience with my wedding dress cleaning. The dress had a terrible cheap smell after picking it up. It was poorly cleaned. And damaged in some parts. They offered for me to bring it back but I don’t live in the area and I would NOT leave my dress with them again. I asked for a refund, so I can go to another place to get my dress re cleaned, but they refused. DO NOT BRING YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE. 0/10 EDIT : I do not leave negative reviews just because. If I saw someone warning about a poor experience with a wedding dress I would have not brought it to them. My “very” dirty dress was worn for a 1 hour photoshoot… so imagine if you actually wore your dress for the whole day. If they couldn’t even clean it properly after a short wear. This was my first and definitely last time using Parsa Dry Cleaners. I dropped off my husband’s suit on Tuesday and was told it would be ready in 2 days. I went in Friday at 1 PM, only to be told it wouldn’t be ready until after 4 PM. At 6:30 PM, I called to let them know I’d be there 5–10 minutes after closing, and spoke to the owner’s wife who assured me they would wait. When I arrived at 7:10 PM, the shop was already closed. I called over 20 times – sometimes they answered and hung up immediately. The next morning (Saturday), when I picked up the suit and mentioned what happened, instead of apologizing, they insisted they had been there and even accused me of going to the wrong shop. I showed them my call log – 15 calls from my phone plus more from my husband’s – yet they still denied it and claimed I was mistaken. No professionalism, no accountability, and no apology. I was fooled by the 4.9 star rating. Dont be like me. If you value your suede item dont come here to get it cleaned. They lied to me and all i wanted was them to be straight forward with me which caused me a lot of stress because i do not know what they are doing to my $500 purse. First of all they ask me to prepay for the service. I have never done that before, at a normal dry cleaning you pay when you pick up your items. That was the first redflag. On my ticket it says my purse is ready to be picked up on aug 15. I get there and they tell me its not ready. Ok..a courtesy call to me would have been nice to let me know. And they didnt give me a reason why theres a delay so by next week im getting nervous not knowing whats going on so im calling them everyday and they keep saying its not ready, they will call me.
